Friendly service, super affordable, beds are really comfortable and clean. Can’t ask for more

I got bitten by bed bug,slept in cubicle number 13, that bed is dirty, overall, the service is very good ,location is not bad at all

The place is reasonably cheap & the capsule bunk beds have a tv, proper lighting, clean beds and room. I honestly have nothing to complain about. The staff is also kind & friendly. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a cheap premium place to stay at. The mrt stations are also nearby and there's restaurants nearby

Difficult access entry, must go up and down stairs. Can enter from behind but difficult.

I only stayed for a night and I liked my stay there because I was place in a cold and quiet room, with friendly and accommodating staff, and free coffee and toast (with different spreads) for breakfast. However, it would have been a perfect stay if they provided towel and toiletries.

Staff are friendly, near the station and bus stop. It's just that there is no privacy because one room is occupied by many people. The size of the mattress for 2 people is very small and not suitable for two people.

I using apps for the rest 4 years. this is the first time I feel disappointed with the hotel booking.

Nice air conditioning, if you goes alone its very suitable for backpackers, since I am going for mostly whole day. The location is good as well, 5 minutes walk from MRT. And a lot of food places. Worth it the price as well.

It arrange me to another nearby capsules. but the room key is cool.

The place is dark, noisy vehicle sounds are heard, towels are rent again, in the bathroom there is no soap or shampoo.

Just a few minute to mrt Bandemeer or bus station -Easy to find some food or hang around -Good free Wifi -Have Locker -You have to prepare your soap , shampoo and towel by your own -No soap holder -The capsule room type which for 2 persons (same room as type for 1 person) is not proper for 2 persons. Not convenient,we had a restless night. -In case that you’re a light sleeper , pls prepare some sleeping-pill or earbud. -Staffs always be late at night. If you’re looking for freaking cheap place with good location and nice staff, this place can cover your needs.

Some staff can't communicate in English and the room is a little bit dark and untidy. Capsule for couples is too small for two persons.

Very dirty hotel, bad smell, don't have ac. Even I didn t stay there and book for another hotel. Never come there again x.x

Facilities and buildings are cheap, rooms are on the lower floor, reservations are on the upper floor, the entrance is on the lower floor, please consider if you don't want to go up and down stairs.

Book for Mixed Couple Super Single Sized Capsule Pod Bed (Sleeps Two) for my parents but got Mixed Single Sized Capsule Pod Bed and they give upper bed. Difficult for my parents to climb. Others guest always made noisy.room smell not good.dirty hostels.not recommended.

Clean bed. clean shower room. quiet room. it is recommended for backpacker. near MRT bandemeer

I used to go around looking for the hostel, apparently through a small door and went upstairs. Checked in at 3 pp, I entered the room at 2. The room was quite comfortable for backpackers, the bathroom was clean, the location of the hostel was close to the Bendemeer MRT.
