For guest comfort, it would be better if staff did not need to call the room, just ask to extend their stay, because all guests book through travel and pay a deposit.ok.that's all.

Overall excellent, I love staying here, the breakfast was good and have many choices, but there is a bird that eats the cake at the buffet🤣 and I really love their soft cookies❤️❤️❤️ 10 out of 10 from me💅🏻

The staff were very welcoming when we met, access to the elevator, minimarket, 1.2m swimming pool and 3 swimming balloons, children's games, gym, gym parking, close to several places to eat.

The mattress is not as comfortable as before. The mattress surface is uneven/slanted because it has been used for too long. The pillow is also too high so it is uncomfortable to use. Please pay attention to the mattress and pillow so that guests can stay comfortably here. Thank you.
