Very clean Breakfast always top Pool amazing

The noise from corridor was uncomfortale. The hot water takes some time, separate faucet for cold and hot water - prolonging time, wasting of water. Low light in bathroom.. No refrigerator, from the web it was not clear that the bella note is separate building. But the room are very nice, personal very nice as well.

Nice hotel for a good price. We book a junior suite in description was minibar, but there were non in that junior suite. Reception moved us to the next building 4* hotel Arsenal with free pool acces, to a standard room but with aircondition and minibar. So our stay was very good, I would book this hotel everytime again. The pool is really great benefit.

Good value for money. Quiet. It could have been cleaner (several long hair in the bathroom, partially clogged shower drain). No fridge. But given the price it's more than ok.

I was there only for "three days" I ended up staying 23 :) I have friends in Katowice and Chorzow, so I decided this hotel fro the price and distance to my friends. Also I had plans to visit Auschwitz - Birkenau and some other castles. The hotel is new, the staff is the most amazing staff ever conceived in the hotel business, the price is unbeatable, it's always clean, always smells good, beds and linen always fresh, I could have changed hotels, but decided this was my home away from home. It's close to my friends, close to Katowice, but not with the noise and chaos of a big city, perfectly located in Chorzow, the restaurant food is traditional amazing, I can't be more happy to go back again every time I am in Poland.

Sehr verwinkelt, dunkel, kleines Zimmer.Nachts haben betrunkene Männliche Personen , gegen unsere Türe getreten und geklopft. Nach einer Beschwerde am nächsten Morgen, hat man uns netterweise ein Zimmer im Hauptgebäude gegeben.Personal war sehr freundlich und verständnisvoll . Danke dafür

I wanted to book a nice hotel for me and my partner and had a look at Hotel Diamond. I think it looked nice so booked it. We arrived at the hotel and we were taken care of rigth away from friendly staff. unfortunatly I realisied I booked the wrong Diamond hotel. There are two at the same location, so we were not staying in the main hotel (Arsanel) but at a hotel in the back (Bella Notte) and it was unfortunatly not as nice. The rooms are ok in size, clean and bed comfortable. However the clientel in the "back" hotel were very noisy, drunk and fair to say we did not get much sleep that nigth. We had to call the reception at 3 AM as their was a party in the unmanned lobby. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a good night sleep and feel safe. Maybe the front hotel is better.

Ich war ziemlich zufrieden. Aber mein Bett war sehr schlecht. Meine Matratze war sehr schlecht...total weich.....die nächte waren sehr schlecht.ich hab es bei Rezeption gemeldet. Die liebe Frau wollte mir neues Zimmer geben aber mit der gleichen Matratze?????. Was so es???? Sonst alle Frauen Bedienung und Putzfrauen sehr nett.

Hello, This hotel is not honest. I reserved for 3 rooms last WE, but during the afternoon I call them to know if they have my reservation and a woman said to me that they can’t find it ! So we continue our travel and to chose another hotel. But I thought it was strange so, for more security, I delate also the same afternoon the reservation in that hotel. But now, several days after, I discover that they took the money for the 3 rooms !!

Keinen Kühlschrank in Zimmer ( 4-5 Sterne Hotel )

Empfangspersonal einfach toll, egal ob Englisch, Polnisch, Deutsch. Hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich! Die Junior Suite war riesig und sehr sauber. Bett lag sich gut. Matratzen waren genau richtig mittelhart. Frühstücks Büfett große Auswahl. Alles reichlich vorhanden. Personal im Frühstücksraum sehr aufmerksam, schnell und im Hintergrund. Einzige Kritik war im Wellnessbereich die Duschvorhänge! Diese müssen kontrolliert und regelmäßig erneuert werden, waren leider schimmelig- geht für mich leider gar nicht! Die Dampfsauna war ok und sauber. Die 80 grad Sauna war gerade erneuert worden und roch noch nach frischem Holz. Passen vier bis fünf Personen rein. Pool war ok. Alles in allem ein junges Team, das seine Aufgaben gut meistert. Lage drei Minuten zum Einkaufscentrum in ruhiger Seitenstraße, Stadium in Sichtweite. Der berühmte schlesische Park direkt Fußläufig erreichbar. Straßenbahn hält in der Nähe. Vor Ort waren Paare, Familien, Business Gäste. Vielen Dank

Alles war bis Wochenende Ok , dann das Nachtruhe vorbei , Laut und ständiger Tür knallen , keine Intervention von Hotel personal . Keinen Kühlschrank in Zimmer - bei fier Sterne Hotel Manche Leute Stelen die Getränke auf den Fensterbank draußen - seht nicht gut aus von Strasse an

Pokój o komfortowych wymiarach ale niestety brak lodówki. Bardzo miła obsługa. w recepcji są dostępne szlafroki dla osób korzystających ze strefy SPA.

Recepcjonistka początkowo odmawiała zameldowania, bo rzekomo nie otrzymała potwierdzenia rezerwacji. Po tłumaczeniach i naleganiu zgodziła się zameldować pod warunkiem zablokowania gwarancji na karcie. Ostatecznie, potwierdzenie się znalazło... na innym komputerze.
