Everything is good, close to shibuya station

The hotel is located at the entrance of the New South Exit Shibuya Station so it is easily accessible from the Yamanote Line. The receptionist is friendly and helpful, the rooms are quite spacious, clean, and comfortable. Even though it is located at the station it is not noisy at all.

Staff not friendly and very unhelpful! Big no no recommended hotel.

Hotel was very good, cool and clean, nice employee and near with many restaurant. It was awsome.

The location of the hotel is exceptional ... close to Shibuya Station and Shibuya Crossing Hachiko Statue

The first time you arrive in Tokyo goes straight up to the Narita Express by JR Pass stop at Shibuya Station. Exit the south west exit and direct the hotel door. The extraordinary position of this hotel is in Shibuya Station directly, the body is tired immediately meet the mattress. And surprisingly the double room is quite large for the size of a hotel in Tokyo. The position to Shibuya crossing is all very close. Very highly recommended hotel.

The hotel was comfortable and so clean. The lobby is near the station. Will come back for sure and recommend this to my friend

Really enjoy my stay in this hotel, this hotel is connected with Shibuya Station, but its about 500m from Yamanote line platform by foot, its located at New South Exit of Shibuya station, just follow the new south exit sign, talking about my stay, the room was really clean, quite spacious and they have a bathtub in the bathroom, its really helpful to soak my feet after a long trip strolling around Tokyo. The toiletries and amenities was really complete, the staff was really friendly and can speak English fluently, even they help me to send my luggage to osaka, Thank you to the hotel staff 🙏🏻 Arigato gozaimasu

The lobby can directly enter the station. Most narita express trains directly from the hotel don't bother, in front of a lot of food. The road to Shibuya 109 is not far away.

From the Shibuya station, it turns out to be quite far, having to go up the stairs 3 times to gate 4 and then heading to New South Gate and then walking again as far as 800 meters, so it's approximately 2 km from the Shibuya station, even though we walk in the station if we have to pull the suitcase. The room size is decent, although it can be said to be small, top cleanliness.

Great Location next to jr south exit..3rd floor down the hotel is the jr shibuya station entrance

The location exactly in Shibuya station. To reach the hotel, you have to walk 10' to new south exit from JR platform. The facilities are good. But they need to clean the carpet in the room since it was dusty. Overall we enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

Really nice hotel with perfect location.. in shibuya station.. you can reach this hotel just go to new south exit at jr shibuya station.. and this hotel quite spacious and the hotel staff really helpful

The hotel location is extremely excellent; it is located at Shibuya station thus make it so easier to go anywhere! The receptionist was also hepful! However not recommended for the breakfast.
