Great place to stay for family and friends. Keep your rooms to date and the rest will follow. Buffet was not so good though but enough to put the tummy at place.

we enjoyed our stay. I requested for high floor and a room near the elevator, both were granted requests. I love the pool but I would appreciate if the water on the pool is quite warm for the kids to enjoy the pool more. parking was very spacious and accessible to the guests. the room was nice the pillows. bathroom has bidet. the toilet essentials were of good quality. its just that the breakfast, I find it too limited. the choices were only fried tuyo, sweet and sour fish fillet and ginisang toge (overcooked) coffee and juice. 2 kinds of cereals and bread. I hope they would add bacon or tapa or longganisa. but then overall our stay was great. the staffs are very helpful.

My family will not go back here. We want our money back. The service is bad. The food is something you can buy cheaper than you paid for. The place is not secured anyone can go inside. And when I say Anyone. Anyone. They do not care. The room is dirty and the bed is too small. Will never recommend this place. Also, at the buffet. ketchup is out of stock, heir ala carte ate limited. only those expensive are available, the coffee are instant, they can't even slice the calamansi for you. You have to do it on your own.

Although wifi connection was down the whole time, I still enjoyed my stay there. The room was great, and the location is superb.

we booked for a new years eve celebration. it was a busy day, fully booked so we cannot check in earlier. at 2pm, the receipt. told us to wait for a few minutes but I demanded that we have to be checked in on time for we had a reservation, seemed like they were forced to give our room keys. The card to our room wasn't working so we had to approach the room staff to help us open the door. the cable wasn't working as per instruction so I had to call the operator but was unattended. so we had to go down to be served. the breakfast was too simple... we are not fan of sausage and ham so we had beef tapa... no loaf beef just plain pandesal, ham and cheese bread didn't taste good, pineapple was sour. I am a coffee lover but their coffee isn't good for me. the pool view is not appealing at all for kids. so in short, we won't come back there. the only thing that we paid for was the Taal View. nothing more, nothing less.

The rooms and facilities are okay but the only problem is they can’t accommodate the bulk customers for check in. We arrived at 2:20pm but unfortunately they gave us a room at 3:30pm. Imagine the 1hr waiting time for you to have a room is very dissatisfying, but the overall stay is okay.

Booked a king room but the room reserved for us is a twin room. Most of the staff in the hotel are not friendly. The room is not very clean. The bed and pillows are not comfortable too- too old I think.

Location wise, it's awesome but the service is poor. They provided coffee/tea in the room but there’s no electric kettle. I requested for an electric kettle, they said they just provide hot water. So i requested for hot water. It took me several follow up, on my 4th ff up i went directly to the lobby area to complain because its more than an hour already and no hot water delivered. They asked my room number and told me hot water was delivered to other room number. He just called the housekeeping to give an electric kettle to our room. I thought there’s no electric kettle? I just told them i’ll understand if there’s no coffee or tea in the room. if you can’t provide an electric kettle, just remove the coffee/tea in the room. It's hassle for both guest & housekeeping to request for hot water every time the guest needs to drink coffee/tea. In fairness to the manager that time, she initiative called our room and make an apology.

Always love to stay at Summit. Clean rooms, friendly staff and don’t forget the Spa. I love their massage service. Close to Robinsons Mall, Starbucks, accessibility to transportation... Overlooking Taal Volcano. Thumbs up! 👍

This was our 2nd/3rd time to book here but so for this is our worst experience in Summit Ridge ever. The split type air con inside the room keeps leaking water. The room service was not good also, it took them 4 hours to check on our requests.

The location was perfect, it has one of the best views of the Taal Lake and volcano. The room is well maintained. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

The location is very ideal but the hotel facilities look old and not maintained. The resto inside the hotel is also not available.
