Spacious apartment, only one key for it so it was a bit of a juggle getting it cleaned and clean towels. Another key for cleaner is necesary. I was told i had to pay for use of washing machine, this is not clear in the advert. Beds very comfy as were pillows. The climb to get into the bath to have a shower was too high and risky when you climbed in and out. No good for anyone with mobility issues. The pipe from the shower head was too short meaning it wouldnt go on the overhead hook, you had to stand and hold the shower head in one hand whilst trying to wash hair with the other whilst bending over! No mirrors in bedrooms, mirror in hallway part but no plug by it for hairdryer. I would say basic accomodation that needs updating. Breakfast okay. If these issues were addressed it would have higher rating for dure. Great location.

It was just an overnight stop and basic but comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful which was much appreciated as we’d had a long distance to travel that day. There were a couple of decent restaurants just down the hill which were open late and where the service was excellent and friendly ( we tried the Italian one!).

The property is along the main road between Dubrovnik and Cavtat with bus service (about 3 Euro) either direction within a 5 min walk. Also, it is a short walk to the beach and the Sheraton Resort area. The owners are very nice and provided good information relative to the area. Breakfast was very good. The pool was not open yet. The rooms were clean and sufficient size. A/C was adjustable and Wifi was good. Upper level had a view of the Adriatic.

excellent breakfast, one of the best we had in croatia, nice espresso, croisants, fresh orange juice...stay itself is typical, good location, very near the beach and the sheraton hotels with lots of restaurants and shops nearby... overall a good value for the money

We stayed 5 nights. Breakfast excellent. Staff very helpful. No elevator a lot of stairs.

To start with the map link took us to the wrong hotel about 10km away. No one was at reception when we arrived so we were given a key and showed to our room without a full check in. Then when we were eating breakfast the next morning, we were accused of not paying in front of the other hotel guests.

Quality/price very fair.Mlini is 15 min driving from Dubrovnik,bus station very close, with a car would be better .Breakfast is very good, pool very small, restaurants & mall very close, friendly staff, rooms/ price fair.

The place is very nice and staffs are very friendly. I and my gf enjoyed our stay there. However I believe there are 2 things that can be improved: 1. WIFI coverage was not good for the upstair flats at all, however in other part of building it was good. 2. Toilet papers were not sufficient for our room: one small roll for 2 people per day. The other things in this place were great and we love the location as well

The location is pretty good, close to the beach. The amenities are pretty good as well. About the place being cleaning. It was clean, but there were ants in the bathroom and the room. My son and I woke up with ants bites all over our legs.

Awesome place! Delicious breakfast including crepes 😍 At the reception they were very helpful and gave us some great suggestions on what to do in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay in this guest house. It is beautiful, and everything worked perfectly. The beach is close and the bus stop is 5 minutes walk. The route is very scenic to go to Dubrovnik. The breakfast is good. The staff is very attentive. We were looking for mustard for our breakfast frankfurters. Although they did not have any, they provided it by the next morning breakfast.

It was ok, booked a room with two doubles and a single but got one double and a sofa bed. Luckily we were there only one night. Not worth the $$$ i paid

This hotel was terrible under staffed, the cleaning was poor again lack of staff. It should also be made clear the payment in cash is require on arrival

Comfortable beds and a decent breakfast. The staff are lovely and very helpful and the location is good for buses or boats each way to Dubrovnik or Cavtat. Nice beaches and a park near by and easy walking distance to Mlini which is nicer than Srebreno. The pool is small and needs more loungers but it’s a lovely setting and is clean. The down side is the traffic noise as it is beside a very busy road and our rooms needed some repairs and painting. We got a good discount but I wouldn’t pay full price because of the lack of maintenance.

Nice service

Room was comfortable. The hotel is about 12 minutes to the Old City of Dubrovnik by cab. There are buses also. Pool was small but refreshing.

I arrived early and the staff were great gave me xoffe orange juice and bosxiits and asked of I wanted to use the pool

This hotel was not as described. The bedroom had no window and smelled musty. The reception person spoke little English and was from another country and knew little of the area.
