Nice accommodation, for those waiting for a flight and don't want to leave the airport

The check-in process is easy and there is a shuttle to the airport.

Close to Narita airport, there is a shuttle bus and ample parking.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was quite wide. Very comfortable.

The hotel is worth the price, I booked 2 rooms. 1 room is located in the old building and 1 is located in the new building. The room facilities are okay. The bathroom equipment is also good. The hotel is so old and lacks maintenance. The walls are damp and peeling off a lot, the windows are dirty, the bathroom has some rust, and the windows are dirty.

The hotel room is nice, clean and quite spacious, the staff is very friendly, there is a shuttle to the airport and to Narita station.

The food at the restaurant "Narita bold kitchen" is delicious! Both dinner and breakfast were good. The hot springs also feel really nice. The only downside was the small changing rooms at the hot springs, which were separated for women at night and men in the morning. Especially at night, since they only allowed entry until 11 pm, it seems that the women 's side was extremely crowded, and they were urged by the hot spring receptionist to "please leave quickly." It would be nice if they could make some more efforts, like extending the time for an additional fee or setting limits on the number of bathers, to allow people to comfortably enjoy the hot springs.

Great hotel. Fast check in. Free shuttle bus from narita airtport and from hotel to narita airport every 20-30 minutes. The room is spacious. Would stay here again.

Hotel dekat bandara, disediakan shuttle bus. Hotelnya lawas sepertinya, piyamanya tradisional banget auto kebesaran untuk orang-orang kecil. Tempat laundrynya jaauh banget. Harus keluar dingin-dingin.
