We state in the basic room, however the room was very basic for the level of the hotel they claimed to be, not even a kettle, one towel per person just a tiny piece on soap on the sink and small soap dispenser in the shower, we got only three coats hangers between two of us, room looked very cheap, we stayed in other 4 star establishments in Tallinn , so came with some expectations, very disappointed, spa is very small and basic, cafe area not cleaned with rubbish and food on the floor mixed with pool water, right next to the pool, felt discussing, , even though we stayed at the hotel for two nights, we were charged for water park access extra , water park felt very dark , air in waterpark felt cold and pool water could be warmer given we visited in winter, even spa air was cold and pool was cold , breakfast choices was strange, poor selection of cooked breakfast, definitely will not comeback and will not recommend at least for the price, very overpriced and not worth money spent !

I really enjoyed the facilities at the hotel. The room was clean and well appointed. The reception and breakfast room were well decorated and welcoming. The stand out is the swimming pool, spa and Waterpark. All were of a very high standard and well maintained. The ritual saunas were excellent, with the Sauna. The only small criticism was the breakfast food, but I could always find something. We ate at the Black Rose pub and again the service and the food were good. There was a confusion over the check out day and Kristian and Alina were really helpful in resolving a mistake we made. I would recommend this hotel highly.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Vimsi Spa hotel. It was a very enjoyable experience. The only thing that could have made it better was to have a kettle in the room. Being English we like to make a cup of tea when returning to our room and relaxing.

Quiet area, excellent service with breakfast, spa and waterpark, convenient to reach from Tallinn city by public transportation. We will come back again for sure!

I recently stayed at Tallinn Viimsi SPA Hotel and had a mixed experience. Upon arrival, I mentioned that it was my birthday and requested a larger room since I was traveling with my small child. Dmitry at the reception kindly upgraded our room without informing us about any additional charges for my 3-year-old daughter's bed. However, at checkout, the unfriendly Jekaterina presented a bill that included fees for two nights for the additional bed. I explained that Dmitry did not mention these charges, especially since I had noted that I am a regular guest, it was my birthday, and we had booked two massages. We enjoyed the twice-booked Lomi Lomi Hawaiian massages (60 minutes each) and the delicious ice cream milkshake in the spa. Victoria, the housekeeper, was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the breakfast staff were not smiling and did not make us feel welcome. Overall, due to this experience, I will look elsewhere for my next trip to Tallinn.

The hotel and spa are great value for money. 27 euro per person to use the spa (18 area included) for the duration of the stay. Free large parking area also a big bonus. The room itself is nothing special but certainly does the job and is warm during the cold nights. A bit of noise in the bathroom from neighbouring bathrooms due to them being connected via the vents/pipes.

With its two spas and waterpark and its slightly out of town location, this hotel is in our opinion the best spa retreat in Estonia. They also have very unique features like an on-site cinema, saarema mud sauna and honey sauna. Highly recommended!

Definately not 4 star hotel, standard room 3 star maximum. Photos that hotels.com provided for a room was superior room photos but I got standard room. There is no conditioner in room, if outside is 30 C then its hot. Shower with curtin, bathroom looked very cheap. Breakfast and spa was both good

I liked the staff, the system was nice. Room was good. But the food at the hotel was mediocre at best. I found it difficult to book a massage, I liked the hotel though. Would stay again.

Lovely big room and great facilities. Location a fair drive from Tallinn old town but fine if you have a car. It was very hot while we were there and the air con seemed to be broken in all rooms so the reception staff lent us a fan.

Henkilökunta tympeää ja epäystävällistä. Huoneiden ilmanvaihto ei toiminut ja huoneissa todella kuuma sekä kosteaa. Ei käytännössä pystynyt nukkumaan

Aamiainen oli huono. 3 vuorokauden aikana ei minkäänlaista siivousta/ roskiksien tyhjentämisyä jne. Hinta laatusuhde ei kohdannut. Spa oli hieno!
