Big room. with the price I've paid, didn't expect complete facilities. Aircond is cold. Heater works. Only one thing is slack, parking. Limited. During 4 days stay, had to park near the roadside. Secured only had to fight. Luckily got a park nearby hotel. Anyway, its nearby to tourist attractions. Walking distance. 1 day can reach 10k steps walking from hotel to tourist attraction - Breakfast, Chowrasta Market, etc.

Everything is ok..only the shower water flow is small and outside the room there is often the smell of cigarettes coming into the room. Please pay attention.

The room was very clean and comfortable, there was Wi-Fi, and access to everything was close by.

This is my favorite place, I will for sure stay here every time I come to Penang. The location is near New Lane street market, several options of minimarkets, dim sum place, pharmacies, and durians. The staff is friendly and helpful, the room is clean, and all amenities are provided. They have service for those who are coming to Penang for medications, they provide free shuttle from and to several hospitals, and allow early check-in or late check-out if you still need time to complete your visit with your doctors.
