Strategic location in the city center

The hotel location is good, close to everywhere.

The hotel staff lacks knowledge about food sales around the hotel and cannot explain things properly.

The staffs are friendly and nearby komtar, easy for us to buy food and durians.

Although it is located a bit inside a small street, it is strategically located near New Lane Street Food, pharmacy, durian, Macalister Foodcourt, nasi kandar, church, etc. At night, you can often hear people singing karaoke from the food market😅. The family suite room type has 2 large beds, fits 4 adults. It is quite clean.

The hotel location is good and strategic, close to the food court and mall.

Friendly staff, clean and large rooms, affordable prices, lots of restaurants in the surrounding area, there is a water heater, and the twin beds come with 1 extra pillow, the sheets are also clean and soft, there is no strange smell in the room, the bathroom has a shower cup, cotton buds, etc., I recommend it for those who go to Penang.

The location is very strategic, in the city center. You can walk to restaurants, Chowrasta Market, and souvenir shops. Irons are also provided on each floor. The staff can speak Malay, and many Indonesian tourists stay here, especially those from Medan. The downside: Don't expect much from breakfast (it's very basic).

The hotel harus ada laundry bag or sanitary bag in the bathroom.

Second time staying at this Hotel. Front Desk is super friendly. The staff on duty for the breakfast buffet was attentive as well 🙏🏻
