The facilities were very poor. There were no tissues on the table and no hair dryer. When we entered the room, the air conditioner was not cold at all. It took two service visits before it finally worked. Why wasn't it fixed properly the first time the technician came? We had to wait three hours just for the AC to be repaired, and it was already the middle of the night.

1. The smell of the water pipe rose, so the room also smelled. 2. The sofa was dirty and had holes. 3. Some of the curtains were already off, so they were crooked. 4. The position of the drinking bottle was open. So he drank from the gallon, not the mineral water bottle available in the room. Well, the position of the bottle had an open cap. In my opinion, it was not hygienic. 5. There were small cockroaches in the toilet. Upgraded the room but got a horror one.

when there is time for a staycation, the first choice is the Gloria hotel. the hotel rooms and hallways are always clean, the staff are friendly and very helpful. have stayed here more than 5 times and have never been disappointed, the bathroom, bedroom is neat and clean, the distance to the mall is close so you can wash your eyes after coming from here. now there is a good cafe to hang out, the menu prices are relatively cheap. , 😇

Place in the city center easy to find available many food around near the mall too, the room is very spacious there is one bedroom and living room and balcony. Large windows. Facilities and prices are appropriate. It's just that maybe some furniture is a bit old so it's not too sturdy. Rooms are cleaned regularly. Neat. Cold AC. Good enough.
