Good for the cheap price, the location is also close to a minimarket.

Good, strategic, friendly service, but it's not clean, lots of cobwebs, rubbish piled up, little water, kids don't like it.

the worst stayyyy. the room is so dirty, dust everywhere, so thick. the lights are off, the generator won't turn on. STINK

The place is ugly, dirty, the facilities are not in accordance with the description.

Too bad the stay was not memorable. The room floor was dirty, the TV was broken (eventually replaced), the furniture in the room looked unclean & poorly maintained (dusty), even the hotel hallway was like that, the bathroom was flooded, I don't know why there was always a puddle of water under the toilet. Additional: empty shampoo bottles. My conclusion, not well prepared even though I booked it H-1.

Hopefully we can be friendlier and better, staying here once is enough

The intention was to immediately rest when we arrived at the hotel, but we were asked for a refund on the grounds that the rooms were full. How could that be, we had already paid and received a booking code. When we arrived at the hotel, the rooms were full. This is the result of looking for another hotel 🙃.

Tidak ada air panas dan agak kurang bersih

Bagi yang bawa mobil, parkiran nya sempit banget ditambah gak ada yang jaga di bawah. Mau parkir n keluar susah.

Sangat berbeda dengan foto, temboknya kotor, banyak bercak sepatu, tembok atas bekas rembesan, AC ga dingin, handuk disemutin

Overall oke kalau buat stay bentar. Kemarin booked untuk SMTown Jakarta jadi ditinggalin ga sampe 24 jam. Cuma memang keliatan udah lama gitu furniturenya ya jadi waktu masuk kamar aroma kayu agak strong. Dan AC nya kurang dingin. Dan mungkin bisa lebih bersih lagii. Tapi boleh lah buat transit aja. Staffnya ramah.

Lack of maintenance and need to renovate. The smart lock doesn't work properly, so the receptionist has to go back and forth to open the room door.

Standart, nothing special. Berdebu dan perlu renovasi sih. Smart lock berkali-kali tidak berfungsi. Jadi tiap mau masuk kamar harus laporan dulu ke receptionist untuk buka pintu kamar.
