Great staff and beautiful setting and facilities

Very decent place took the room with a sauna nice to have a morning sauna in the comfort of your own room.

My husband and I found the Lapland Hotel Hetta very very good. Positioned overlooking a lake it is a little out of town but not inconveniencing. All staff were lovely, very pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast service was fine. Not the biggest breakfast spread but choices were not too bad for myself being a vegetarian. Room was extremely clean and serviceable and would have a lovely view in Summer over the lake.

Great location, great food, and nice staff. Easy location to hike up the ski hill at night to see the Northern Lights.

We stayed there 3 years ago and returned because we we very satisfied with all aspects.

A bit old and the room and public space accordingly. The service was very good, we came late but the restaurant was still open. We were even able to get some Amarone by glass which is rare in a place like this in Finland.

The hotel is clean and comfortable but tired and dated - old style TV and Wi-fi only available in hotel lobby. The food however is good and the waitress explained every dish carefully. Breakfast is also good but with limited hot food. We had an apartment which is across the road from the hotel - not good if it's raining.

The shower was bad.for several seconds there were hot water and the cold water. normally i would mind that but in the cold weather of Finland its bad.

Fantastic personal. Okey room, but old. Nice area. Okey food. A bit short opening for the pool and sauna.

Meget trivelig betjening, flotte lokaliteter, flott rom. Rent og ryddig overalt. God middags buffet og det samme med frokosten. Dette frister til å besøke hotellet igjen.

Huone oli siisti, vaikkakin hieman "vanhanaikainen". Sängyt olivat huonot. Aamupala kattava, ravintola tunnelmallinen, toki menu aika suppea. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä.

We stayed in an apartment across the street from the hotel. A little dated, but lots of space. A large kitchen, two bedrooms and a private sauna. Only thing I missed was WI-FI which is not available in apartments, only hotel rooms and lobby. Hotel is otherwise very nice, easy access to public sauna and pool. The food is great, especially impressed over breakfast. Everything tastes fresh and not mass produced to maximize profit.
