Staff were difficult to deal with as nobody at reception, only a phone number. Had an issue with myself and a colleague’s reservation being confused and swapped around. Otherwise hotel was nice.

The room itself was fine. But just a few hours before arrival (and after the free cancellation window) the hotel emailed us to say they were overbooked and they had rebooked us into another hotel. Free parking was just for 4 hours (not overnight). On arrival we couldn't work the touch screen and get our automated key so had to stand outside in the freezing cold for 10 minutes while phoning for help. After leaving we got an email from the original hotel saying that we were a "no show" and would be charged for that hotel too …

I booked 2 rooms, mine was very clean and comfortable. My friends room had not been cleaned, there was condoms in the bin, no bottle of water as it had been used and no staff to contact to change room!!!

We had an excellent 2 night stay at this hotel. We arrived by bicycle and were provided secure bike storage and an opportunity to hose down our bikes. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and service was excellent. Would highly recommend the hotel dining room - great service and excellent food. A pleasant hotel. WiFi is good, very close to train station and outlet mall. Room was comfortable. Restaurant was good but I found the breakfast to be limited. There is no AC but the did provide a fan upon request. My only real complaint is the pillowcase and duvet cover are a textured fabric and a bit rough. I would bring my own bedding for my next stay.

Nice stay for business trip to that area of Switzerland. Wifi worked ok. However the restaurant was not exceptional and it was quite pricy for european standards. During the check-in at 19.00 I had to wait 20 minutes because there was nobody available and they made me wait ridiculously long.

Everything was fine except that there was no facility to make a hot drink in the morning which was always the case in the other hotels I have stayed in. Seconly there were no extra pillows so I could not sit up comfortably and watch the television or haave a drink.

Das Allerletze. Self check in. Parkgebühren 1 Fr/Stunde. Frühstück abartig teuer. Preis/Lesitungsverh. Unterirdisch. Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Einmal und nie wieder.

Das Zimmer was gut, zweckmässig und war mit all dem ausgestattet wo wir brauchten. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beim online check in hatten wir einige Probleme. Wir wurden aber dann kundigen Gästen und einer Angestellten sehr nett bedient. Mit bestem Dank und Grüssen Annalise Walser

Wir waren in der Junior Suite. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Allerdings war der Föhn defekt. Die Heizung im Bad konnte nicht angemacht werden. Der Check-in war ohne Probleme! Wir kommen gerne wieder!‘n

Alles wie immer tip top.Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit.Was ich nicht verstehe dass das seher tolle Resraurant per ende Jahr schliesst.Ist eine sehr feine Küche mit Flair und Liebe und einen tollen innovativen Chef.
