Great staff

The hotel's location is excellent—within walking distance of all major attractions and the rail station. The staff were very kind and helpful. The coffee was fantastic, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious.

This hotel is very convenient located very close to the train station and everything is walkable. Front desk is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast crew are very pleasant and breakfast is awesome with very good assortment. Cleaning crew are very friendly and courteous as well.

Great location if you are arriving by train as it’s right near the station. The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff were very obliging letting us have a takeaway breakfast as we had to leave early.

We used this hotel as our base camp, asking the hotel staff to keep our laege luggage for a few days while we went from Florence to Venice, and from Florence to Cinque Terre. The staff are all kind and very friendly. The rooms are a bit outdated but it is reasonably priced with complimentary breakfast and it is located very near to Firenze SMN train staion, we are very glad to have chosen this hotel.

My second stay at Boccaccio and I liked it very much. Close to the train station and the city.

Great property close to the station. The room was great, clean and spacious. The only negative was the window that could not close properly which allowed some noise from the road. Did not mention this to reception. Breakfast was awesome. Highly recommend this hotel.

The Staff was the best part of this hotel, they guide us and were kind and helpful. Good room, clean and comfortable. and a walking distance to The train Station as well as many places.

The property is a older boutique hotel that has bee updated. It is centrally located and only about 5 minutes walk from the train station.

Elba at the front desk was great. Very welcoming and friendly and gave us several suggestions for local restaurants that were delicious. Highly recommend

Staffs were friendly and they made the room very well. But the hotel is so old and the room was way too small. I can’t even open my small suitcase. I found the small bugs everyday from the crack in the washroom. All the furniture and facilities were so old. The location is very close to the train station. But it’s so noisy outside at night. People are so loud at night around that area. Their breakfast is pretty good. Overall, I won’t come back again.

Hote Hotel's location is great. There's parking facility of the hotel with a fee.

Very helpful staff. Room is ok for a night stay. Small room. Close to main railway sation. Walkable. Like in most hotels in Italy, ac was not working.
