Great staff, great location near the beach but only a couple of minutes from bus stop to old town. Very comfortable with nice little balcony. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel on quiet street, easy walking to beach. Staff all very friendly and helpful in navigating area and transport. Breakfast good and excellent coffee. Only slight negative-need plug socket in room!

This hotel is absolutely fabulous. It’s a small hotel that is in a busy area of downtown Rimini. It is completely renovated, with clean lines and minimalist decor. Beds are spacious and the balcony was a great perk. The standouts for this place are the very close proximity to the water, the free bicycles, and most importantly, the breakfast. When considering both quality and variety of items, the breakfast was one of, if not the best breakfast we have ever had- hot eggs, hot meats, cold eggs and meats and cheese, granolas, yogurts, fruits, pastries, coffee to order, etc etc. There was nothing we could think of we would want for breakfast that was not available. Best of all everything was homemade and organic. The hotel staff were also very kind. Highly highly recommend!

Excellent hotel and would stay here again. So many positives but no.1 is the staff. Every single person there was friendly, efficient and willing to help. Breakfast was great, room small but clean and everything that was needed. Location for the restaurants etc was good. Also had access to some activities run by a sister hotel so managed to do Pilates, yoga and paddle boarding all for free. You can’t go wrong staying here

The gentleman at the front desk went above and beyond to help us with parking and to get us settled. He even brought our bags up the stairs! His recommendation for dinner nearby was spot on! The breakfast was organic and delicious!

Can’t recommend enough!! Staff are all lovely and really accommodating, and all within easy reach of the beach and the train station via the bus and with a great breakfast included - nothing but praise, best value hotel in Rimini!

The hotel's restaurant serves a breakfast with range of organic, local source cuisine that is delicious and nutritious. My family had a very comfortable and relaxing 7 night stay at the Bio Boutique hotel. It is in a very safe and convenient location to the beach, main street for restaurant & shops and to a stop for the Metromare. The staff were all very friendly and attentive during our stay. We would definitely stay again!!

I’ve used hotels.com for many years. This is the first hotel I have been to which hotels.com accepted the booking and took the money but when you get there it’s actually closed for refurbishment. We had traveled all day only to find it closed when we got there in the evening. The staff did make contact but stated that we the customer should be phoning first to check if the hotel is still operating. How hotels.com and every other travel site in the world works is that every hotel on the search results is bookable otherwise why would it be on the search page. So assuming every hotel listed is actually open then you never need to phone the hotel to check are they open for business. The entire point of the website is to make it easy to book. If the hotel is closed all the hotel manager needs to do is login as admin on hotels.com for their hotel and simply remove it from the search. This would mean you’d have no customers which will find your hotel closed. Not sure why the hotel thinks the customer needs to phone and check every hotel they book is still operating after making the booking. Sorry for the bad review but if it was so easy to avoid this issue I would not be complaining. Please login to hotels.com and remove your listing so no other customer finds you closed and also to avoid further bad reviews.
