Ossamma and the other staff were excellent. Place is quiet ( not noisy) since it is not a main street so it is good for sleeping. A little hard to find but organized transportation with the hotel ahead of time. To be clear, not all rooms have AC which was fine when i was there because it was cool at night. Note that the place is not a 4 star hotel by north american or european standards even some of the ratings show it as a 4 star. However, beautiful place with great courtyards and a rooftop patio. Good value for the price.

This property is dull and scruffy. It needs a complete refurbishment. The room rates are the highest we have paid the rooms are basic and tired.

I enjoyed my stay here with my two children. Right in the heart of the old town medina. It was an amazing experience. The staff were so helpful and managed all our requirements. Especially ousama, ismail and the girls.

Airport transfer went pretty well. Loved Osama (sp?) who was our contact - seems like he's a manager. Online pictures are way nicer than the reality. Our room was dark, dreary, worn, dusty and not super clean. When taking a shower water splashed all over the floor - needed a shower door/curtain. Small uncomfortable (hard) bed. Floors, rugs, blankets, decorative pillows, etc. felt/looked/smelled dirty. Riad was an interesting building but felt very worn - stained cushions on chairs, weeds, stained blankets covering sofas, etc. Upstairs rooftop area is dusty and vacant, checked it out and never went back up there. Breakfast was nothing like the pictures, very limited. But it was Ramadan and the price was only 500 MAD, so maybe that's the reason?

The riad is very beautiful and quiet. The staff were helpful with suggestions and transportation when needed. Breakfast was convenient and a good deal. We enjoyed the pool and the rooftop terrace immensely.

Excellent friendly service with every effort made to meet our needs. Beautiful space, with parts under renovation though this didn’t affect our stay. Value for money. Good all round.

Stay was amazing, on arrival we were upgraded by the brilliant Ousamma, who looked after us the whole time. Great stay would 100% recommend if you are looking for a stay in the old town on Marrakech.

Othman who worked there was great as Marrakech is an extremely difficult place to navigate. Book this place if you're ok with an adventure and potentially getting lost. The place itself is very nice and if Othman is still working there when you stay it is worth it as he is so helpful. Research lots before you head to Marrakech it can be quite daunting at times but we really enjoyed it.

The room was smaller and with no city views than it said in the booking confirmation. The check in time was very slow. The most unbelievable thing is that they said they would accept CASH payment only because they do not have a credit card machine. But this ‘cash’ only thing was neither mentioned in the website nor in booking confirmation. Would definitely not recommend this riad to others.

This Riad surprisingly quiet once you step inside, and there is a very nice terrace. The hotel managers went above and beyond to be helpful. it is extremely difficult to find the first couple times so I would recommend arranging a pick up the first time or late at night. My only criticism is that you're required to pay in cash, which I found inconvenient when there are many other options that allow you to pay online.

we had a lovely stay with two couples in this Riad. Just 10 minute walk to the big square. The manager Othman was very polite, he give us many tips for visiting Marrakesh . He also showed us the first evening the way to walk to the big square. We recommand this hotel to everybody also a good breakfast.
