We stayed here prior to and after returning from our cruise in Ravenna. The staff was very accommodating, allowing us to check in early and calling a taxi to the airport for us. The breakfast had many options, and the AIR CONDITIONING was amazing.

Really good value hotel near city centre

Great location and service. Had everything I needed.

Overall it was a good hotel. The staff were phenomenal! The only item that was a disappointment, was the fact upon our departure early, 0645, in the morning, prior to our train, the breakfast area was set-up, when we tried to grab a coffee/juice we were notified that it was closed and not available; although it was all out and ready. We were informed it would not be available to us until 0730. My point being, if it is there, we are paid customers, we should be able to grab a coffee and juice at minimum. Again, paid customers.

Great location and lovely staff. Only downside was only Green Tea at breakfast, no other option for non- coffee drinkers.

Brilliant hotel with 24 hour helpdesk which helped as our flight was delayed and we got to the hotel at midnight. The furniture is a bit dated in the room but it was spotlessly clean everyday. A very convenient location 19 min to Bologna Central train and 10 min to the main square and almost all the main attractions . The staff were friendly and checkout is at 11:30 min much is generous. We could also leave our bags at reception in the cupboard after checkout as our flight was in the evening. Overall a brilliant hotel for the price

Great little hotel not far from train station and easily walkable to main historical area. Some nice little restaurants nearby as well. Staff were friendly and helpful as they could! Good for mid budget. The portico’s also saved me from the rain!

We did not have a car. We took a taxi to and from the train station. Nice hotel with a great location.

The room was very clean, and had all that’s needed. The AC was very good which is so important if you are visiting in summer months. The staff is very responsive and accommodated a late check in. The beds and pillows were the best out the entire stay in Italy for this price, the bathroom is a bit small but very clean and has all that’s needed. I would stay here again!

Excellent location between station and city centre. All sights and restaurants within 10-15min walk. Staff really helpful. Great value for money.

Good hotel in Bologna with an ok breakfast. We stayed here for 1 night because I didnt realize our flight day was off by a day. The area is a bit rough if you walk outside the touristy areas
