Perfect hotel. Value for money. Short walk to rail station and town.

Loved this hotel, the receptionist was lovely and chatty … great room It was a bit to far away from the centre for us, walking back late at night was a bit sketchy in the dark but apart from that great night stay.

The hotel was good clean and tidy. Staff were great and helpful. BAD POINT though. There is kettle and cups in room but only a teabag on offer. When I asked at reception for some coffee and milk I was told there is a shop across the road that sells it. The hotel don't do it. Every hotel I have ever stayed in round the world with a kettle and cups ALWAYS supply tea, coffee, sugar etc..... To the MANAGER of the hotel.. This is a very simple fix to your hotel operations. Please adopt for your guests for future. Thanks...

Very nice hotel in a good area

Amazing stay, wonderful location wether it was to walk around Bergamo or travel out via train (10min walk from the station). Friendly staff, good sized room and cool vibe.

Great location and friendly staff. The building is old but in quite good condition. They even have a few parking spots. Overall my expression is good.

Poor beds and noisy location

This was probably one of the cleanest hotels I've ever been to. Not a grain of dust in the room. The spacious modern bathroom also showed no signs of mould in the corners of tiles. Besides the occasional sound of trains from the railway behind, the hotel was quiet and the staff were very helpful. Its location close to the train station was excellent, since you do not have to go far to catch the airport bus or a train to Milan. P.S. Art lovers will appreciate the high quality paintings and antique furniture from different époques that decorate corridors and the hotel's entrance.

Wish they had coffee makers. AC was not working. Mosquitoes in the room

Very friendly and professional woman on reception. I felt reassured she would help us if needed. I also liked a certain quirkiness about some of the communal furnishings - the place has character. It was also only 10 or 15 minutes' walk to the train station, so brilliant for getting a flight from Bergamo. Very good value.

Good location and comfortable

Great hotel, prefect for us.

I love this hotel as it is very quiet. There are no noisy staff cleaning the public areas or noisy guests. A good night’s sleep is guaranteed. Disappointed that they don’t offer breakfast anymore due to COVID. They have a lovely roof terrace where they used to do this. They do offer coffee/tea in reception and water in the fridge in the room. There are lots of bars/restaurants nearby.

Staff were very helpful and friendly and rooms were clean and comfortable. And it was only 10 minutes walk from the station. A great base for my brief stay in Bergamo.

Very unhelpful check in...sheets felt like they were washed in tabbaco. Old building...good position for station
