Good hotel good staff

We chose this hotel because of our desire to get off the main highway as night drew in. Our first impression of the hotel was coloured by our tiredness and its busy location. However…I share that because my husband and I were ultimately very impressed enough by this hotel to write a review. It was spotless, the staff very helpfu, the bed and pillows were super comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was superb! …and the location turned out to be ideal…we were able to catch a bus into the historical area of Turin without having to worry about parking and there is a shopping centre close by for some needed essentials. Too expensive for the service and room I received, poor breakfast. Bathroom has not the quality expected in a 4 stars hotel in the outskirts of Torino

Best service

The hotel is situated behind a petrol station on a main road, the reception staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast takes some getting used to for the non-italian, hunting down a coffee is a process.. dont expect to be able to find coffee there .. you have to wait until you spot a staff member and ask them. They dont always appear quickly. 1/2 the time I had a coffeeless breakfast ... Not ideal. On site restaurant is OK, expect to pay around Euro20-25 for a meal with drinks / starters around the euro 7 price.

Checked in late no problem with that. Staff was super friendly and spoke fluent english. Very nice and big rooms. Definitely recommend.

Quality of service

Please please stay here. This is a great hotel. Me and my boyfriend stayed here which was not planned. The driving to Chamonix was too long so we just searched any hotel near and booked this one because it was the cheapest one. And we had the best experience here. Maybe because we expected nothing due to cheap price. But the room was very clean, roomy, bathroom and shower were clean and well maintained. Quiet and clean. Staff were sooo nice and spoke very good English. Parking was easy and free. Surprisingly breakfast was included and also very clean and incredible. They even serve coffee to the table upon the request. I even said “I will write a good review!!” to the front dest staff :) which I normally don’t (I normally don’t write a review at all) We stayed in more than 10 different hotels during this trip. This hotel was the cheapest but definitely one of the best.

Cet hotel ne merite pas ses 4 étoiles!! La climatisation ne marchait pas avec en prime un bricolage électrique dangeureux au niveau d'une lampe de chevet. Le petit dejeuner etait d'une pauvreté à pleurer.

La gentilezza del personale, le stanze silenziose, il parcheggio, la pulizia sono senz'altro molto buone. La manutenzione in generale è migliorabile.
