When I wanted to check in, there was no receptionist on standby. There were no bathroom amenities. In the early morning there were noisy sounds (maybe they just came home from clubbing) and the most annoying thing was: in the morning there was renovation work in the next room which was very, very disturbing. Literally the worst experience of me staying in a hotel of my entire life.

What was advertised vs what I got, staff just wokeup when we checked in and was rude and untrained. Also not wearing a proper attire. Traveloka please give me a refund

Overall good hotel for stay in the heart of sudirman/karet. Hopefully they improve the facilities such as TV without channel or maybe timer enabled AC.

Sorry if you feel that our employees are not friendly, even though it is not like that. Our employees are only strict, because the rules at our hotel can only accept 2 people in 1 room, not 3 adults in 1 room. We have also tolerated that by giving dispensation to you, by not charging what has been determined by the rules from our hotel. However, we still respect your opinion. We apologize if there is a misunderstanding between us and the mother. It's a rule in our hotel, the room can only be occupied by 2 people, no more, but despite that we still give you what you want because the one extra person you bring is a small child. And we have completed the matter well, thus Mother herself stayed at our hotel for 3 days in a row.
