Kumar is a boss and the whole team is friendly and professional. Loved our anniversary stay in this restored heritage building in a great, central location in Georgetown. Laundry service was smooth and daily treats including tiramisu were awesome. Playing chess in the common area was a vibe. Highly recommended and would return, will have to try the restaurant next time!

We wanted to stay somewhere that truly showcased Malaysian heritage, and Campbell House exceeded our expectations. The building is very carefully preserved and balances the cultural richness of Georgetown with comfort and luxury. Our room, Songket, came with thoughtful touches like complimentary jugs of cold filtered water, lemon tea, and daily dessert treats. The no-shoes policy upstairs ensures everything is immaculately clean, and the location couldn’t be better- right in the heart of Georgetown and convenient to everything. The real highlight though, was the team at Campbell House. Every staff member was warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. A special shoutout to Mr. Lim, who looks after the building at night. His kind and warm demeanour is like that of everyone’s favourite Asian uncle!

Great room, great service, great breakfast, great complimentary afternoon snack. Hotel is also quiet and strategically located near very good eateries!
