Some rooms had air conditioning, ours did not. Shower needed bleaching. Street noise because of no ac. No lift.

Excellent hotel. The gentleman who booked us in was very helpful with taxis and recommended a super restaurant. Only 5 minutes from airport.

Only stayed for 1 night but it was a nice clean hotel room, good size. Close walking distance to the Leaning Tower. No lift so we had to carry suitcases up a lot of stairs.

This place is mislabeled or they made a mistake with my booking. This app said I was getting a private room with shared bathroom and, I ended up with my own private bathroom and balcony! The hosts don't speak much English but, very nice rooms and great location. Only down point is the cleaning lady threw away some medication I left on a the counter in my room and I ended up having to buy more. Very nice place overall.

All good except a lot of noise from surrounding rooms/apartments until after midnight.

Good hotel and in a great location if you want to be near the leaning tower of Pisa. Nice staff, had no issues. Only thing would be that there was some dead Mosquitos on our walls.

I chose this hotel because of the affordability and closeness to the train station. I stopped in Pisa prior to going to Florence and needed a place close to the train station and the main attractions. Only problem I experience was communication with the owner who spoke only Italian. I place the onus on myself however. He was speaking the language of his country whereas I lacked knowledge of Italian.

It's main benefit is its location as it is in walking distance from the main attractions. Otherwise it's a bit hot in the room if you go on warmer days and not all staff speak English. We've stayed at better 2* hotels in the region.

The hotel was charming. It had a different layout than anywhere we had ever stayed. The a/c had to work hard to keep the room as cool as i really like, but it worked! It was within walking distance of everything! I would stay here again if I can ever get back to Italy!

The worst hotel I have ever been to. I use to travel a lot with my father and we bought this hotel as it was cheep. The positives are: - good value money - close to Pisa tourist attractions ( the Tower of Pisa is just behind the hotel: 5 minutes walk) - close to the train station (easy to pick up a train and visit Firente too, a nice town: I recommend to go there for one day) - the rooms were cleaned every day Negatives: - no breakfast available - no shops around (20 minutes walk to get to fast foods and other shops) - Wi-Fi available ONLY at the reception (not in rooms) - the receptionist sends you to your room at 11/12 o'clock (I had to chat with a friend from another country and I stayed in the designated area for visitors at a table, but even if I was quiet, I was not allowed to stay anymore) - NO ENGLISH (the staff speak only Italian)

Good location for Italian coffee, shopping not too far and a good market for fresh fruit.

Room smelled like stale cigarettes. Room is very tiny but great for a last minute stay. Owner speaks no English. No private bathroom.

The hotel is very close to the leaning tower, approx 5 min stroll. The hotel is basic but clean, staff are friendly but the 3 we seen didn't speak any English although we managed to communicate just fine. Approx 15 mins from Pisa centrale station, would recommend a train trip to Florence. €10 in taxi from airport.

Very nice and clean, no A/C, close to the Pisa tower and to restaurants and bars, remember you will need to climb lots of stairs, wifi not available in rooms but in front desk area.

Perfect for a night in Pisa at a more than reasonable price.Easy walk to the tower and finding great places to eat and drink nearby. You only need one night in Pisa and this is the cheap and cheerful place to have it. Although the staff werent that cheerful but did their job effciently .

We picked this hotel because of price and location. The location worked great for us, being within walking distance to the Piazza dei Miracoli (roughly 5mins) and the train station (15 mins). The staff were helpful and very security conscience. The room was a little sparse and the bed was quite hard however it was clean and roomy.

It was pretty good as long as you bear in mind the coat and the 2** rating.
