Poor service & the room is not the same as the picture

The employee's attitude was very bad, I was 1 hour late checking out even though before checking out I had told you to check out at 1 o'clock on the grounds of illness, I was still subject to a fine of 20 RM.

3 days of stay, the service was not good, in fact it was like a Mavia, I gave permission to another officer to check out at 1 o'clock but instead I paid a fine of 20 RM.

Hotel rubbish, staff less friendly. Late check out 15 minutes has been charged.

Ok. Late breakfast pack. We check-out at 8.30am without having the breakfast pack. Nevermind... we ate somewhere else
