Comfortable rooms, good amenities, great service. The only downside is the traffic noise that sometimes can be a bit overwhelming.

I great hotel and location. The staff were amazing and friendly. The hotel provides a excellent and very informative coffee tour around the hotel grounds.

Very beautiful place that is well located if you are doing turístic activities around the area. The Hacienda itself has a great tour called journey of coffee that shows how an ecological coffee farm is organized and ran. It takes about 3 hours. We enjoyed every minute of it. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very kind and helpful. If it weren’t because of the main road that runs about a mile from the property, you would hear only the birds, which sign all day long. Around the restaurant area there are several humming birds that are a joy to watch and to photograph. All the bid pluses really outweigh the issue of the noise of the trucks. During the day you get used to it and at night you can use earplugs. It’s not really loud. It’s just in the background all the time. There is a nice infinity pool and nice common areas with balconies with great views of the landscape. It’s a great place if you just want to relax. There is a sauna but we did not visited it. Overall we recommend Hacienda Combia and we would come back if we are visiting the area in the future.

Lovely little hotel... nice view... friendly people... don't expect a 5 star resort but yes a nice place where to stay... clean, good food, very kind service... nearby the Botanical Garden of Quindio... I will certainly come back if I'm in the area...

Nice hotel, the main issue is the noise of the road nearby - we could hear the trucks all day and night, disturbing our sleep. Very helpful employees.

Overall the hotel was nice, with beautiful views, very helpful and nice staff. Bathrooms are a bit small and the plumbing has small leaks. There is lots of heavy truck traffic from the main road that can be heard while sleeping, though this was not a problem for us.

The hotel look pretty good, with an amazing stuff full englisg. The food was ok, we were disappointed about the rooms, we stay in the room next to events part. The bathroom was terrible need a totally make up. over all we had a great time.

Unfortunately. Service is slow. No phones in the room to call for service.no shampoo nor rinse in bathroom.

The hote is very beautiful and staff is very helpful and nice. The only thing I recomend on improving is the room noise insulation since you can hear everything around. Overall great experience.
