The room was very clean, large (we just booked a basic room), and the air conditioner was very comfortable! The restaurant and bar were wonderful and delicious! The staff were super friendly and helpful! Great place!

It is located close to the train station and close to the old town’s historic buildings. Besides, it only about 12 minutes by walk to the Sanktuarium Św. Jacka (Sanctuary of St. Hyacinth) where the Eucharistic Miracle happens in 2013.

The hotel was very clean and the morning breakfast was very good; however, the individual at the hotel check-in was not very kind.

Nothing special for a 4 stars hotel. Bed very basic and pillows, I am sorry to say, horrible. For the rest breakfast ok but very few options for gluten free

Bardzo mi obsługa. Duży pokoje ze świetnym wyposażeniem. W pokoju czajnik z kawą herbatą, a na każdym piętrze maszyna do wody gazowanej. W hotelu dostępne jacuzzi. Przepyszne śniadania z wielkim wyborem. Świetna lokalizacja. Bardzo blisko do dworca jak i na stare miasto.

The room was small but clean, service was polite and friendly

Our joke was that staying here gave us a sense of life under Communism. It’s a big hotel that does its job—a bed and bathroom and a good breakfast for a reasonable price. Dinner—a simple burger—was inedible. It was very hot in our room but we were told they didn’t turn on the AC until later in the year and we should open the windows. This was not only ineffectual but we heard drunks and motorcycles all night plus pigeons tried to visit us.

The staff at this hotel are professional and very helpful. Evening waiting staff in the restaurant were outstanding, as was the Chef who produced fabulous evening meals. Hotel was clean - the only disappointment was that the bathroom extractor fan didn't work, so very warm air entered the bedroom. Also, the shower curtain was old and not pleasant to use - shower curtains should be obsolete in good hotels! The safety handle above the bath was loose. It was very warm and the aircon is limited to 21deg C - far too warm. We roasted! Putting this aside, there was excellent secure parking and the food, room and staff were so pleasant that we elected to stay another night. A change immediately and pleasantly accommodated by our hosts.

The hotel is definitely very nice, and much nicer than most in the area. They take Eco/Green VERY seriously, so expect a hot room when you first enter. Also, the cleaning lady will turn your AC off when she's cleaning your room and you will come back to a HUMID & HOT room. That's honestly my biggest complaint, is the AC. The lowest you can set it to is 21C. Being that I'm paying for my room, and being that I'm paying more than I would at other hotels, I would think that I should have control over the AC in my room during my stay.
