Excellent locatio

Bad, bad, bad experience, very loud music until 2AM. Weekly on saturdays there is a disco night. Impossible to fall asleep before disco night is over.

Зручно зупинятись якщо не потрібно в місто. Близько до аеропорту, комфортний, великі номери, є все необхідне для проживання, відчувається що ремонт був не так давно. Зручна, простора парковка.

Nice hotel located lil bit away from busy city center, but extremely convenient to get to via nearby train takes like 20 minutes). Good breakfast options (really recommend getting breakfast included in your stay), good food overall. Nice staff, good spacious rooms for really competitive price. Highly recommend to any travelers coming to Krakow.

Everything was perfect. It was right next to a railway station, had it's own excellent restaurant and a supermarket next door. The room was large and had superb facilities. This was the best hotel I have ever stayed in. I can't praise the staff and food enough. Fabulous!

The food at the restaurant was not as tasty as I expected.

Room with supper: only one choice of main dish, one of vegetable, two choices of soups. Eating in the restaurant took us one hour and ten minutes of waiting after we had ordered. The soups were warm. We had to go looking for the waitress all the time. The rooms we had were large, had lots of space for stuffs, had two small sofas and a chair. The shower doors would open easily if you touch them accidentally while taking the shower.

Went for a short break - cannot complain. Room was spacious. Didn't feel it was cleaned the best but it was livable. The location was okay, if you like walking you will be fine, bus-stop is nearby as well as the train station (didn't use it) Bar prices are okay, there is a small supermarket which has all the things you may need. The staff don't smile much but the bar server Marcin and his colleague were amazing. So friendly.

The room was spacious and clean. Desk staffers spoke English and were helpful.. The breakfast bar was fantastic with multiple varieties of eggs, meats, breads, veggies, etc. at a bargain price. The location is great, just steps from the train station that offers service to Krakow and airport. A well-stocked grocery store shares the parking lot. The only quirk was the refusal of some desk clerks to connect incoming calls to my room, which was a major inconvenience as U.S. cell phones don't work in Europe.

Lovely hotel with excellent staff. Shame the hotel bar closes at 10pm which is extremely early.

Couldnt manage to give me an extra half hour for check out. Eeery light in hall ways maybe they are saving on electricity and coal burning, which is a good thing. Excellent breakfast. Bed was really comfortable. Many groups of Chinese tour buses. Weddings on the weekends and they keep the old dead flowers on the table afterwards.

Nice Hotel, close enough to Krakow centre and excellent Transport facilities. Only one and half hours to the mountains. Will use it again.

I REALLY LIKED STAYING AT THE HOTEL. EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT.

This hotel is not close to the city. The breakfast is so so overall a C. In two different occasions a hotel staff who was not a housekeeping opened our door without knocking and any reason. There was only one English TV station from china. We will never go back

Great hotel. Very clean and friendly staff. The owner opened the bar for me at 1 am to have a cold beer and some food. I loved it !

Great hotel, smart and modern. The rooms are big and spacious, the bar is nice and the location is handy being next to a supermarket. Just a 15 minute walk into the town centre.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was was less than a minute from train station so transport into krakow was great. Breakfast was buffet style and most of it not to my taste but enough variety to find something to eat.
