The bed smells musty, lots of hair, looks like the sheets haven't been changed. The floor of the room is dirty with lots of hair and dirt, the table is full of dust. I stayed in a deluxe club type with a bathtub, The bathtub had a broken water cover, The bathroom shower hose was torn, so the water sprayed everywhere. The water smelled rusty, the room was dark, 1 room light was off, 1 table lamp was also off. The cupboard was full of dirt and dust, the place to put tea and coffee smelled of urine. The AC remote sometimes jammed, the AC was very noisy. The room smelled damp and musty, because there was no air circulation. I was originally in room 312, but because the bathtub was broken I moved to room 316, but the bathtub was still broken, so if you fill it with water, the water can come out because the water drain is broken. Breakfast was not very tasty, and there was not much variety. The staff were okay and friendly
