The water is not hot enough, the AC is cold maybe because of the new air conditioner. KMR card, ask for 2 new ones. Do not use a deposit. If you are not scary, over all is not bad. The price we got when booking at Traveloka for 118RB suite room has been discounted without even having breakfast.
