Nothing and not as i was expecting

I have to wait 20 minutes for the bell boy to carry my bags from my car. Easy checking in but i was disappointed when i got roller bed instead of real bed as per booking. The AC was not cooling and water leaking in toilet. Very basic breakfast but convenient location for restaurants

Hotel location is good near city. Hotel facilities are good and clean. Breakfast need to be improved. I do recommend it for tourists. Hamad- 🇰🇼

building functionality is poor e.g. long stairs, poor elevator, leaking bathroom floor.... conservative services, toiletry, and breakfast menu...

Near restaurants, cafes and grocery stores… my room was on the third floor and was very noisy because of the machines

Bad service, simple and not clean rooms, . A simple breakfast. Good location, the hotel looks good externally with a good restaurant

Very modest and poor hotel, I will not stay in it again

The reception was rude in communicating with us, and for check out he was yelling and saying we need to clean the room even though there was no guests waiting in lobby to check in. Some other hotel provide late check out for more than 3 hours sometimes if there was no people waiting to check in for same room, but this hotel didn’t provide at least 2 hours and reception wasn’t behaving and communicating in a polite and appropriate way. Moreover, we stayed in this hotel for 10 days, and got disappointed to ve treated by last day in such bad behavior by the reception. The parking was free but very limited number of parks as sometimes there was not enough space and I needed to find far park to drop the car and go inside hotel.

The staff were very nice and friendly, and they knew English. The room was nice and tidy, but the bathroom was not cleaned properly.

Good location close to the bus terminal , but about 10 minutes from the center of Izmit. The area is quiet and peaceful and the staff are friendly and cooperative.

Comfortable and quiet. Great place to unwind after two weeks of driving through Turkey. Walkable to some restaurants (the neighborhood is growing). Short drive to historical attractions and the market. Staff were wonderful. Breakfast was fresh and filling.

The hotel needs refurbishment and maintenance. I tried to take a shower but the water was stuck up to my knees in the bath. Although I’ve told them I don’t want a room for smoking people, but the room I’ve been given was smelling smoke.

Suite was very comfortable! Inside the hotel some bad smell . Breakfast was not so good

The hotel is very nice and quaint, we really liked our room and also cause it had a balcony. Staff were pleasant and location is very good, would recommend this hotel :)
