If you're traveling with children or the elderly, I don't recommend this hotel because it takes 15 minutes to get to the nearest MRT station. If you take the bus to the Orchard Center, you'll have to climb a very steep pedestrian bridge.
The only store for daily necessities like mineral water is the 7-Eleven at the bus stop (you'll have to climb a steep pedestrian bridge).
There's no bellboy at the hotel to help you load or unload your suitcases. So, help yourself 🤷🏻♀️
The AC in the room leaked, and the constant sound of water flowing from the ceiling pipes was quite annoying.
Unless you're looking for a hotel away from the hustle and bustle of the city and want to experience a quiet Singaporean apartment or housing complex, and public transportation isn't your primary option, then this hotel is a good choice.
Perhaps a shuttle bus to the Orchard Center could be considered as a hotel service.
