One of the best budget option homestays in Balikpapan.

The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful during the check-in process.

There is no hot water, the AC is not cold enough, the water tastes brackish.

The place is nice but small. For check in I asked for 14.00. Waited until 3 o'clock outside.

The wifi is slow and often disappears, the AC is not cold enough, there is no air conditioning, the sound can still be heard, everything else is quite good, the employees are friendly and nice.

The staff is friendly and fast. The room smells clean and everything is new, both the bed and the bathroom. But the shower water is not too strong and not hot enough. For those who like coffee or tea, there is no kettle heater in the room, if you want coffee or tea, you can buy it at the reception for 5 thousand and self-service. Overall, I highly recommend staying here for family time✨

The sheets had lots of stains. The shower wasn't hot and the water was small.

Cleanliness needs to be paid more attention, for towels that are no longer white, they should be changed to brown and for sheets there are many spots. Hopefully it can be fixed again 😊.
