Not so good experience xcept the view. Due to hectic schedule. I only realized my room are not in good condition. At midnight when I on the heater. Al powerl shut down. So no heater for shower. Burning smell. Boil oil. All power are out. For that price. And place. I can call it was not a good experience for me and my children. The sofa is not in suitable conditon. As the is a ' kayu tajam cucuk bontot. ' at such price. Except the view. And place to sleep. Nothing can be. Excited with. When I call to checked out. Nothing compesated for my bad experience. As a sentence by the picture."I'll call a maintenance". 😌.

Most pleasant stay as the room given was so spacious. Clean and awesome. Mr. Ahmed is good host. Superb services by him.

I can't sleep until I sleep! sent whatsapp to agent also don't have function.. only read but not respond.. sorry also don't have.. just called me and ask to check out within 20 mins. what the f**k!! my room number 2501! I want compensation!! I m booking for release my mind but it is become worse!

I ordered a superior suite room. For 2 nights. The mattress is twin bed, and there is 1 single bed, so it can make 3 adults. The rooms are very spacious. Enter check in at 14.00. Clean rooms are very comfortable, according to the photos. If I go to Kuala Lumpur again I will stay there again. Very satisfactory. For large rooms, the price in my opinion is very cheap. The point is cool. Must go there.

In overall very good it's just the place that was rather hard to find initially. Thank you Traveloka 👌👍

The rooms are spacious, children can play comfortably, available kitchens, microwaves, water heaters, eating utensils. The bathroom also has a bathtub. WiFi is also smooth. The only obstacle is only TV broadcasts that are almost non-existent, yeah, the available food court is very complete.

Toilets - toilet liner is damaged. Uncomfortable to use. Water is always stagnant on the floor. Kettle - very dirty. Replaced with a new kettle but at midnight, we would sleep. Sofa - already broken & sofa wraps are broken. WiFi - can not be used.

Everything is good, just having some issue with hot water. The water doesn't hot enough.
