Thank God everything is ok, but there is no breakfast & food provided, But the hotel is close to the jetty and restaurants facing the sea.. the food is cheap & worth it... just a 2-3 minute walk there. Request with a travel agency boat to Mabul & Kapalai islands asking to take you behind the hotel sj. Easy no need to take a car to the jetty. Got a hotel room facing the sea, beautiful view. The hotel does not provide parking, be smart to find one near the hotel.., but you can park for as long as you like, no parking fee charged & thank God it's safe. Grocery store & ATM are also near the hotel sj. I💚 Semporna🏝️. Hopefully there is sustenance for our family to come on vacation to Semporna again.

The room is clean, the air conditioning is cold, there is tea, coffee, mineral water and the staff are welcoming, but it's a shame that there is no free breakfast.

The staff was not friendly and helpful. The chinese lady staff that attend my check out was not helpful at all. I asked is there any small place that me and my mother can perform prayer she was just answer without a smile/friendly faces saying no place to solah. At least she can try being nice and inform at least where is the nearest musolla etc. The room was so small and smelly because near to the wet market. The view also nothing special. Not recommended this place due to unfriendly receptionist and room was so small and not comfortable.

The room doesn't have a line, the water doesn't come out strong, it's hard to take a shower

The only good point was that the wifi worked in the room, the rest was all downhill the toilet was dirty, they did not make up the room on the 2nd day. The coffee cups in the room was dirty and looks like it was not washed. Will never stay here again.

The location is great. Near to everything. The room is nice. Overall worth it for staying.

Comfortable hotel, best of all because it is close to the jetty and many shops to buy essential items.

The ideal hotel for a family holiday with friendly staff makes it easy and fun.

Few in-room amenities such as towels, pillow pillows have not changed, cleanliness is poor.
