My two sons were swimming in the hotel pool and got skin rashes. The pool cleanliness is questionable...

Very good surrounding especially for exclusive food hunters. The downsides: 1) Old and yellowish towels 2) The trash basket looks cheap and it downgrades the room's boutique image. Overall it's very convenient and I love it.

I booked the Superior Queen Room for myself and my wife. The room was spacious and conveniently located near the lift, which made access easy. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, with a refundable deposit of RM50 required upon arrival. The room itself is basic, equipped with a TV and complimentary drinking water, but lacks a fridge and iron. Wi-Fi coverage was strong, though unfortunately there was no actual internet connection once connected. Parking is available free of charge at the back of the hotel. For those who prefer parking at the front, paid parking is accessible via the PahangGo mobile app. The hotel is surrounded by a variety of dining options within walking distance, including thai restaurants, mamak stalls, fast food outlets, and local food stalls, making meals convenient and enjoyable.

For late check-in...long queue to wait. Breakfast was the same...I went down at 7.30am and the tables were full so I had to wait. The tables were full...when there was a table, most of the food was gone.

The pillow cover not in perfect condition. Bedsheet very thin material. Need to improve on the towel quality, easy getting wet. Overall the room is ok.
