Hotel location near food stands and we can find a lot of dishes: Malaysian (in front of the hotel is a nasi lemak stand and the taste is very good), Indian, Chinese, and so on. The hotel is very comfortable and quiet. The staff are very friendly. I feel comfortable and happy. I recommend this hotel.

The family room is big and comfortable, very clean, and the hot water level was hot enough. Worth it for a family with 3 kids.

Quite a good location and good in condition

I may suggest to have additional plug point at bed or dressing table area, And also the disposable slippers to provide bigger size and better material or thicker material. Finally is the bathroom shall upgrade to have either glass or aluminium divider panel instead of shower curtain due to irritating odour, dirty and not so practical

There are 2 different restaurants within the premises but neither serve breakfast. There is a tour agency on site. The lifts are smaller than usual. The hallways between the lift and rooms, on each level, are not air-conditioned. There's a water cooler on each room level. Parking could be an issue if room occupancy is high. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance.

The room is simple but reasonably clean and comfortable. The building is older and may require some improvements. The hotel staff are gentle, polite, and friendly; they assigned me a room according to my request, which I really appreciated. If you're interested in exploring the old town, this hotel is conveniently located for that purpose. I've heard from a local friend in Batu Pahat that the Japanese restaurant in the hotel is good, although I didn't have a chance to try it myself.

The room was clean and spaces.

The hotel view in the window is just a narrow alley, breakfast is only certain buffet days. Only 2 people for breakfast, if you bring your child will be charged another. For the price is too expensive with hotel facilities and rooms.

Everything is ok except that a host has to installed in the toilets (for the benefit of muslims) I had referred the matter to the receptionist..

Clean hotel, good breakfast, unfortunately only a little ala carte, the location is also good, safe and lots of parking. Fast and simple reception without a deposit.

Pros: - The room is spacious and clean. - The breakfast is delicious. - Definitely a nice play to stay. Cons: - There were flies in the breakfast section. - Corridor was quite noisy because of other guests talking very loud. May need to improve on the sound proof.
