We stay here regularly. The location is strategic, close to restaurants and a laundry service. The bathroom tissues are nice and thick. The price is affordable, and you can refill your drinking water. Good.

A comfortable and fitting place in the middle of the city, if I go to Kuching I want to stay here again.

The receptionists were friendly, especially the middle-aged woman who was very kind. The location is strategic for finding food, as it's located below a food court selling a variety of foods. You won't be afraid of getting hungry. There's also a laundry service, so you don't have to worry about getting your clothes dirty. Emart (supermarket) is only a two-minute walk away.

The hotel staff is friendly and easy to get around. There's a food court next door.

The TV is broken. It's noisy. The furniture is dull. The sheets and towels are yellowing. I don't dare use them😒

The best thing about this hotel is its accessibility from everything. Hospital, malls, restaurants, and laundry are within walking distance. Not much room space, but everything is relatively clean. We had a very noisy next door neighbor so we complained to the front desk staff in the middle of the night and they took care of it immediately.

If possible, the staff could be a little friendlier when asked something, the room facilities are 2 beds, there is no refrigerator and no TV remote
