I made a reservation for my friend. But when my friend arrived, the receptionist told me she couldn't check in because her visa had expired. The receptionist told her to cancel the reservation through the app, even though it wasn't cancelable. She immediately kicked my friend out of the hotel without even giving her a chance to hear from me.

The comfort is okay, and the room is on the 6th floor, it's very tiring climbing the stairs, the pantyhouse room is very spacious but the refrigerator or AC is not cold enough

The hotel is less visible because it is a small hotel brand. Service is quite good. I got a room on the 5th floor, I was tired of climbing the stairs because there was no elevator. The place to put the keys is very high and on the front wall, not very comfortable to reach. The room is clean, but the terrace door is dirty and dusty. The bed is thin and feels statement. The sheets are a bit less clean and the material is less comfortable.

Got a room on the 5th floor. No elevator. Tired. Achy. No toilet shower. The environment is rather dirty and smelly. But it is close to the night market and places to eat although it is rather difficult to find halal.
