พนักงานบริการดี แต่สินค้า (โรงแรม) ไม่ค่อยดี กลิ่นอับในห้อง แอร์เสียงดัง ในตอนค่ำๆ เช้ามืดล็อบบี้มียุง (พนักงานก็นั่งตากยุงแบบนั้นน่ะเหรอ..) ไม่ชอบอะไรแบบนี้เลย แต่ห้องสะอาด ชอบห้องน้ำ ที่อาบน้ำ อยากเอามาทำแบบนี้ที่บ้านบ้าง เช็คอินเช็คเอ้าท์ง่าย 24 ชม. เดินทางง่ายมากๆ

Phòng được vệ sinh và thay nước uống hàng ngày, checkin và out 24/24, gần chợ, 7/11, gần chợ Chatuchak là điểm mạnh của khách sạn. Điểm yếu là khách sạn cũ nên có mùi ẩm mốc, chăn ga gối nệm đều là đồ cũ được khoác áo trắng lên, cách âm không tốt, nếu ở 1 đêm thì ok, ở lâu hơn thì không nên. Ngoài ra khách sạn có chìa khoá phòng bạn, nên đi chơi không nên để tư trang lại phòng. Không nhiều tiện ích, thiếu dép, kem đánh răng, lược… Và bạn muốn thêm gì đều phải trả thêm tiền. Khách sạn phù hợp cho các bạn đi buôn đồ ở chợ Chatuchak.

The staffs very nice, help us everything. We had stayed 2 nights but unluckily for us, the bath always has no water:(everytime we used the bathroom, we had to call the staff. But, all the time, the staffs very nice.

I go to Saphankwai area often and most of the time I stay at nice place, my first time stay here I would like to tell you this is a good sleep hotel from BTS you walk back to hotel at night if you hungry a lot of street food both side of street just 10 mins from BTS Saphankwai, I really love this hotel good clean before price is higher than nice place but now price are lower and same nice place this 2 hotel if I make choice I will chose At Bangkok hotel for sure and easy to walk along the street don't have to cross street to another side like nice palace clean and big enough room and the most important for me is have a sound good sleep no hunting hotel with ghost it you believe in it I will be back again. I travel every month to Bangkok and handout weekend there in Saphankwai area this is my best and only choice
