The room was clean and spacious, the housemaid is so kind and listenning. The only downside is the location.

I took a cab there and walked about 10 minutes after to get to the place, only to find out my room that I pre booked and paid for was full. I had to get my money back and search for another hotel. Wasted time and money. The stuff was super nice, just wish there 's better communication prior. Travelloka kind of lost my trust and I wouldn't book from here again.
