When arrive they made a mistake with one room available, after a few disagreements at the receptionist counter I get an upgrade of two room overall datang sini just for kenduri. Malam takde ape nk buat. Bosan, nak makan pn takde malam. Nk keluar pun takut. 3/5 stars.

The heated facility is just a toilet bowl and needs to be replaced. There is also a nest of rats and their children in the closet.

The chalets are badly maintained & spooky, a lot of mosquitoes. Aircon not cold. Front receptionist are inexperienced & rude. Not recommended to stay in chalets. However, their hotel rooms are ok. Not enough food outlets

Hope the management is more aware of the current needs and the level of internal hygiene. The level of hygiene in the chalet is very unsatisfactory. The smell is not good especially the bathroom. Air conditioners need upgrades. Apply to management to ensure facilities, eg TV, cable TV, shower are in good condition. Don't wait for a new customer to take action. Improve 'food garden'. Breakfast was delicious.

All alhamdulillah okay ... just the food side to increase again. We have to wait half an hour to serve the next meal. The others were very satisfied. Children want to come again 😍

Parking around the chelet is unsatisfactory and unsafe for vehicles. The distance from the accommodation to the destination is also quite far away and not as advertised (somewhat disappointing, the felda party needs to adjust the distance of the example: from felda to 14.62km uitm I do not think it's right because it's just a matter of how long the distance is expressed).

The hotel's location and surroundings are excellent but the facilities are quite old. old mattresses, curved and iron @ spring on the body when lying down.

Best. Although the tool looks like a long way. But clean and comfortable. Cheap nightly rates are available, there is breakfast & swimming pool, the surroundings are also peaceful.

The exterior of the chalet is quite good. But the inside is totally terrible. It was like an abandoned room. The beds are old and dusty. The mattresses are worn out. The air cond is not satisfactory. The wall are poorly painted and visually pleasant. The tv is not functioning at all. Towels provided for 3 people only but we booked for 4 peoples. And no stairs allocated from the main road to the chalet. Waiting time for food to arrive at garden cafe was too long. However the food were acceptable. The breakfast was good enough with plenty of food. The receptionist during check out was good.

My kids were happy and love that swimming pool. All is ok, average. Only breakfast don't have many choice.

Everything good and I'm satisfied except the toilet. Got leakage. Need proper replacement. Thank you.

At first book for deluxe chalet with 4 beds and then after arriving there, I immediately cancelled the room after we entered the chalet, scary & not suitable for my family with elderly in limited walking disability & babies as the chalet was either slippery down small hill and another type that you have to climb a small hill to reach the chalet. After I requested for hotel room with 2 beds, I went to check the hotel condition. It's fully carpeted and was really smelly. End up, we didn't sleep there but let our kids to enjoy their swimming pool facility since the kids love the slides at the pool. Then we head back to Bandar Tun Razak and check in at one new budget hotel, nearby Marrybrown.

For the price given, I am satisfied with the condition of the room. Well, I mistakenly chose a chalet with stairs between 2 spaces, a bit dangerous for kids. The room was looking old, the lights were on, the TVs were broken down and staff were informed. No action was taken. Surrounding best. The surrounding area looks quiet and safe.

Spacious and comfortable room, friendly and friendly staff. Feeling dissatisfied with one night's sleep.

Swimming pool far from homestay.. very hot, the aircond only 1.0hp.. staff friendly.. overall ok

Good and calm environment. Recommended.

For my experience, everything is so good. So will come again later.

Toilet is quiet smelly. Please improve on the deluxe chalet. Thank you
