A pleasant stay experience. Close to Tunjungan Plaza and the area along Tunjungan. Cool room view with views of Surabaya City. Breakfast is delicious and varied. Easy check-in and check-out process.

In the description it is explained that the bed type is 1 queen bed but in reality, we got a room with 2 twin beds. Please update the information on Traveloka so that customers do not make the wrong choice. The facilities etc are good.

I just stayed last weekend, coinciding with the long weekend. So far everything is good. Parking is crowded because it is a long weekend. The room is okay, only when I stayed on Sunday night because I was from out of town, the toilet tissue ran out and was not replaced. Breakfast at 9 am with only a little left, even then only rice and vermicelli if I'm not mistaken. The fruit is also finished. There are foods that taste very salty on the tongue. Hopefully there will be attention to things that seem trivial like my input. Thank you.

We went down for breakfast at 7:40 AM, the restaurant was full, many of the food was empty, no one refilled it, and when we ordered pouch eggs, they said it would take a long time but it didn't take 40 minutes. In the end, I only ate salad with 2 types of vegetables and 3 types of cut fruit.
