Continuously improve services and services

Second time staying at Santika Premier Gubeng. The first time there was no problem. This second time was quite disappointed from the beginning until leaving, completely dissatisfied for the price which was not cheap. We booked a deluxe room with a double bed, which was not available because it was full, and we upgraded to a king room so we could have a double bed (not a problem because I was staying with my husband). We were given room 1911, and as soon as we entered, we heard a disturbing noise from the central AC and it was confirmed by the hotel staff that it was indeed noisy. They still called a mechanic and tried to fix it, but it still couldn't be fixed and they offered to move rooms. The front office explained on the phone that the AC was indeed a central AC (I know it's a central AC, but during my stays in any hotel, central ACs normally don't make noise). After about an hour of waiting, we were finally moved to room 1906, which was indeed quiet but the AC was unstable to the point of being hot in the room. Next time, they will pay more attention to the maintenance.

Excellent choice for staycation and meetings

The hotel room is spacious and clean, the breakfast menu has many choices and tastes good.

The hotel is clean, the rooms are quite spacious, there is value for money that can be invested to stay here. Highly recommended because of its location which is close to all restaurants and places for vacation or business in Surabaya

Strategic location. Near to everywhere. Friendly staff. Food is ok, quite a lot of variety.

We booked 2 rooms and when I reported the complaint of the room's AC suddenly turning off by itself and the same complaint for both rooms we booked. And by the front desk staff we were served very well & professionally. It so happened that there was a room that was ready and connecting we asked to move and it was immediately processed by the officer, who is it, I forgot her name. I really appreciate her excellent service. The breakfast was great, lots of choices & extraordinary. Thank you 🙏

good service. it's just that when asking for water it was delivered in a glass and only a little. maybe the team should listen to the message from the guest. and the delivery to the room was also long. until called back but it still took a long time to arrive. overall ok

The taste and friendliness of the restaurant employees is lacking/it seems they are selective about visitors... for certain employees/not all employees.

Overall it's okay, only the bathroom is a bit uncomfortable.

A pleasant stay experience. Close to Tunjungan Plaza and the area along Tunjungan. Cool room view with views of Surabaya City. Breakfast is delicious and varied. Easy check-in and check-out process.

In the description it is explained that the bed type is 1 queen bed but in reality, we got a room with 2 twin beds. Please update the information on Traveloka so that customers do not make the wrong choice. The facilities etc are good.
