Confortable hotel

Great place and easy location with parking. Too bad construction was ongoing but we had been forewarned! Good breakfast!

Nice size room, courteous staff, excellent breakfast bar, good amenities, and very reasonably priced.

First, no one greeted us; no one helped with our luggage even though they have all the luggage carts in the front door. Staff didn’t speak English and gave us a dirty room even after the checking hours after 3 pm. Not a well run hotel and not deserve to be a 3 or 4 star hotel.

Clean and accessible.

The hotel is older. There were repairs going on while we were the, which was good. The breakfast was very good . A maid came in every day and cleaned to room.

This is a class property with big rooms friendly staff good restaurant.

People are constantly slamming their doors in non waking hours. Better to install slow close doors in the room to avoid disturbance.

The staff was super sweet and very helpful. The rooms are comfy and quiet.

Good hotel in general, no room service and terrible gym, good location

This hotel provided excellent service during our recent stay after backpacking in Cerro Castillo National Park. Esteban was particularly accommodating when we arrived and helped us arrange for transport in the local area. The hotel is about a mile from the center of Coyhaique, so it takes about 20 minutes to walk or 3-5 minutes to drive to the town center to get to most shops, restaurants, etc. The hotel room was large and comfortable, modern, and clean, and we appreciated having a bathtub and shower with great water pressure after several days of trekking.
