Great friendly staff

Small room, breakfast buffet not suitable for the price

The receptionist is enthusiastic and timely. The weak point is that the hotel does not have a parking space, so you have to park your car elsewhere, which is not safe. The soundproofing of the room is poor, there are a LOT OF COCKROACHES in the room, the shower arrangement for standing in the bathtub is not reasonable, and there is no separation, so every time you shower, the entire floor around it gets wet. The hair dryer is very loud, the table tissue is cheap like toilet paper. The breakfast is not diverse and not very delicious. Check out, there is no one to check the room, the receptionist has to check the room himself, so the wait is a bit long

The space is okay, the price is half cheaper when booking through Traveloka, there is a free breakfast buffet, not too many dishes but the variety is enough for families, clean, convenient, modern, luxurious, everything is great, except the wifi is very poor, 1 connection point but shared on 20 floors, can't be used well even in the lobby, if you work at the hotel, you should consider the wifi is too bad

The guest arrived but the staff's face was cold as ice. My family has a small child but the staff didn't even care when the car came in. This is the first time I've been to such a bad hotel in Nha Trang. There won't be a second time. Not to mention the floor was dirty. The previous guest's things in the closet were still there. The room must not have been cleaned.

The hotel is very close to the center and very convenient to go to Vinbus. Everything is very good, the room is clean and fragrant, the female staff is very enthusiastic and cheerful Definitely will come back here again However, the hotel should improve the wifi because after using all 4G, the wifi is too laggy :(

Convenient location, near the beach, however the swimming hole seems to be neglected, bad breakfast, schedule until 9:30 but it was over by 8:00.

Clean beach location near the center

We booked 3 days in hotel, but our rooms was only clean in 1 day. The rooms was so dirty. The toilet tissue, shampoo and body wash not refilled everyday. When it was out, we called to receiption and waiting more than 1 hour in order to receive half of toilet tissue roll. The lift had always problems so we have to wait so so long time for up and down. It is our first experience as well as the last. Because it is so bad for our trip. Never come back to Ruby Hotel Nha Trang.
