It's decent and reasonably priced. Breakfast is included at the hotel. The food is also appropriate for the room rate.

The room is big, but it’s not really clean. They don’t clean the room every day. We have to request it. It will be ok if they say it’s a 3-stars hotel, but with 4 stars, it’s not ok.

The hotel is in the city center, near the beach, and the rooms are on a higher floor, so they are airy but a bit small. Breakfast is also decent.

The breakfast wasn't as varied as other 4-star hotels I've stayed at. The rooms were nice, but the curtains weren't clean, and the soundproofing wasn't great. My family arrived by car, and there was no staff to assist or guide us to the parking lot in the evening. The only positive was the free room upgrade.

The receptionist is enthusiastic and timely. The weak point is that the hotel does not have a parking space, so you have to park your car elsewhere, which is not safe. The soundproofing of the room is poor, there are a LOT OF COCKROACHES in the room, the shower arrangement for standing in the bathtub is not reasonable, and there is no separation, so every time you shower, the entire floor around it gets wet. The hair dryer is very loud, the table tissue is cheap like toilet paper. The breakfast is not diverse and not very delicious. Check out, there is no one to check the room, the receptionist has to check the room himself, so the wait is a bit long
