The hotel was very convenient to find off of the highway. The parking was excellent and we were able to drive downtown directly from the hotel. The room was large and so was the bathroom. Breakfast was awesome.

Simple but very clean hotel

Limited variety for breakfast, but it’s ok.

I like reception service. Hotel is nice but it is far from eating places. I had a bad experience, because, they did not allow me to eat at the restaurant the first night, because, the personnel said that it was reserved for groups, I complained and I was allowed to eat the second night and it was poor and expensive meal. I consider it shall be a 3 stars hotel.

I liked it, because is closeness to the Holy House.

Great location if you’re driving. You can park on the property(free) & walk to the Holy House of Loretto. Beautiful property, modern & extremely well kept.

Very nice hotel. Clean. Friendly. Walking distance to the Loretto Cathedral. GREAT breakfast. Had gluten free options for family member with celiac. No GI issues!

Quiet and safe

The welcome desk was very nice but not the people at the breakfast room. Poor coffee , not possible to ask for a second cup. The A/C at the room is blocked every time we leave the room and we had to come back to the main desk asking to unblock the system. The hotel smell very bad. Location is far from the Basilica. Overall is not recommended.

Good location and excellent breakfast. Front desk was great - very friendly and helpful. Aircon was broken in room and had to get a fan. WiFi was rubbish. Slightly dated hotel.

Very good choice with a Price and View

Me and my wife were visiting family and we opted to stay at this hotel. And it was great, peaceful, quiet and very close the town. Will definitely visit again when in the area

Not helpful with local events . Advertised laundry facilities but had none, no outlets near bedside

San Francesco could be a real gem of Loreto--great staff, perfect location--but the owner needs to spend good money to improve the physical building itself--power wash, clean mold, then paint would be priority.

Had a great stay at Hotel San Francesco. The concierge staff are very pleasant & helpful. Room is big and clean. Location is great. Free internet but unfortunately , connection was down during our stay.
