This is a beautiful old, well maintained hotel with great attention to comfort and cleanliness. The room was spacious with comfortable beds and a spotless bathroom. We didn’t have breakfast but would have loved to stay longer.

La recepcionista fue súper amable, nos informó acerca del pueblo, donde ir y como conseguir entradas para la cueva y el zoo. Instalaciones con encanto, limpias y bien cuidadas.

Lovely building and location. Very helpful staff. Spacious comfortable rooms. Nice bathroom. Very pleasant stay. Didn't have breakfast, but excellent coffees.

The hotel was lovely, as was the staff. We had a lovely room with a garden view. The hotel is just a little walk into to the lovely town of Santillana del mar. A large supermarket was a short walk away. We would stay again.

Nice hotel in lovely grounds. Staff very friendly and welcoming after we arrived late evening due to ferry delays. Room was big, clean and bathroom modern and sparkling. Breakfast was a special highlight and we hope to return again soon.

Trato increíble y habitación impresionante.

Un sitio muy acogedor, tanto por las instalaciones como por el personal. Marta es una persona muy atenta y muy agradable.

Maison de charme à quelques minutes à pied du centre de Santillana. Accueil vraiment très gentil et prévenant. La chambre était grande et confortable, style ancien mais pas vieillot. Parking très pratique car les grands parkings publics peuvent être remplis en journée (même si on doit toujours trouver une place qq part). Petit déjeuner varié mais produits essentiellement industriels, je l'ai trouvé cher, ça peut dépanner un matin mais à refaire je chercherais à le prendre ailleurs. Santillana est vraiment très joli surtout le soir.

Eigener Parkplatz vorm Hotel (was gerade an vollen Wochenende in der Stadt von Vorteil ist) und nur 5 Minuten zu Fuss zur Altstadt. Hotel sehr sauber und nett und für 6 Euro gutes Frühstuck. Grosses, geräumiges Zimmer und sehr nettes Personal. Würde wieder hier absteigen.

Un sitio estupendo, confortable y muy bien ubicado para acercarse en coche a las playas y otros sitios de interés de Cantabria.
