Great property - very friendly staff and well up kept.

The staff were all really nice. The location is great and the views too.

The staff made my stay very enjoyable. Momo seemed to run the restaurant with ease.

The hotel could do with some TLC. The general presentation and cleanliness weren't great. The ski room is best to avoid.

The Staff was amazing and nothing to much trouble

Nice Hotel right on the main street to Flims. Staff was friendly and could help with all our needs. The paid parking has very small parking spaces and the mattresses were way too soft for our comfort. All in all we were happy enough with it.

Staff were extremely helpful, helped us sort out passes out, set us up on the LAAX App, sorted out watching the 6 nations games and generally very accommodating. I had booked a double bed but was given a room with singles, they sought to resolve it as best they could and in the end it didnt matter. Would recommend having a kettle in the room as there was no tea making facilities. Breakfast lacked fresh fruit and was very heavy on bread. Otherwise lovely hotel and would stay again

Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist an der ruhigen Lage und die Zimmer sind sehr sauber 😊🤗

Sehr netter, freundlicher und gut gelaunter Empfang. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Top Service! Das Zimmer wer sehr grosszügig und sauber. Einziger negativer Punkt: Frühstück war nur bis 09.30 Uhr, weshalb wir es jeweils verpassten.

Preis/Leistung war gut. TV hat teilweise geflimmert. Personal kann noch besser Deutsch lernen resp. Mundart. Personal sonst unkompliziert.
