Great hotel with an astonishing view to the Matterhorn. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast and quick access to the snow lift to go skiing (1 min walk). I just recommend to use the taxi service they suggest; we didn’t read that part and took a random taxi at the train station at our arrival , it charged us double the price.

This family run business keeps the rooms spotless. All common areas are clean. Breakfast is average (we dont expect gourmet breakfast in Zermatt anyway). Ski room for equipment and boot warmers. The hotel is very quiet and peaceful. The owner is super nice and helpful. The hotel is 7 minutes walk from the lift on a hill - ok to walk with snowboards and skis. Redline (free electric) bus stops very close to the hotel.

Great view from the property. Charming hotel. Very nice staff that accommodated our changes and took good care of my daughter when she arrived alone. The location is a ways from the train station so one should consider hiring transportation from the train station to the hotel.

We paid a little extra for the view and it was well worth it. Place was clean, spacious, front desk was helpful and ver nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful 2 nights at Hotel Mountain Paradise. Great view of the Matterhorn from our room 304. Breakfast had a very nice selection. Very close to the Little Matterhorn gondola. Would definitely stay again.

Generally a good stay. However, we had a top floor room with a Matterhorn view and the shower head was located below my chest. I'm a guy so I am not typically really worried about things like this but it made for an awkward and uncomfortable shower experience. Breakfast didn't start until 7:30 and the charge for coffee from the machine outside of breakfast hours seemed unnecessary.

Disappointed with lack of flexibility to adjust room rate to unforeseen reduced number of guests, despite size of assigned room meant for 2 rather than 3 guests.

Great staff! Friendly, all problems well addressed. Close to the main lift, but a ways from the restaurants and action in town. A great choice if you like things quiet!

3 min walk to the Furi lift, ski shop. 4 nice restaurants within 2-5 min walk. Very friendly and helpful staff. 15 min walk into town, or bus stop in front of the hotel (we always walked, which was lovely). Rooms were a good size. Bed was very comfy. Steam/sauna was very nice. Nice breakfast. And perfect view of the Matterhorn.

Great hotel. Nice views of the Matterhorn. Quiet and safe. The staff is helpful and very friendly. Breakfast is great too. The hotel is close to the gondola but a good 20 min walk to the town. There is a convenient bus that takes you to the town for free but only until 8pm. Zermatt is very safe and easy to walk around. We went with our parents and kids and had a great time. Hope to come back soon.
