The hotel staff was friendly and responsive. The first day, our room's AC was having problems, so we and our baby couldn't sleep all night. The next day, we informed the receptionist, who immediately followed up and had it repaired by an engineer. We recommend that the hotel be renovated.

The aircon control panel is destroyed. It seems that the hotel management or staff doesn’t bother about the electronic gadget inside the room. Asking customer if it had been reported to the hotel team, i simply replied the room is there all the while & it has been subjected to numerous cleaning services & yet the hotel is waiting for a report before remedial action need to be taken.

It's good overall if you're looking for a budget hotel.

I think this hotel is a suitable hotel at an average price for a business trip. It is very near the Nu Sentral Shopping mall, which is very convenient for me while I do not have so much free time to go to the further shopping center places. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I had a very good experience here.

The hotel is worth it.. the rooms are spacious and comfortable. the location is not far from Kl sentral. only the employees are not smiling enough..

The hotel location at the Kuala Lumpur city center albeit a bit far from mass rapid transport stations, but the hotel has a bus stop for the public bus which has a direct route to the SBZ airport. The room with rugs has standard amenities, but includes an iron & board, refrigerator, and a safe box.

The hotel staff is very friendly, although the building is old and the design is not modern but the room & bathroom are very clean and not dusty, only 12 minutes walk to Nu Sentral. There are many foods around the hotel and iron is provided in each room. I had a great stay here

We really enjoyed our stay at the Scott Hotel and we will come back again for a trip to Kuala Lumpur.

Hotel is outsourced the breakfast to an adjacent small restaurant and the the breakfast I had for the 1st day was one of the horrible breakfast I ever had in my life. And the second day nothing was available for the breakfast and none of the restaurant staff was willing to help too! So the next 2 days I didn't even go there as there are many good restaurants are surrounded 2-5 minutes waking distance from the hotel. So better book a non breakfast room.

The bed, pillow, and blanket are new and comfortable. Clean room with window. Nice staff.

We were very happy and extended our stay for another 2 days. The hotel is near the central railway, which makes it easy to go anywhere. The staff was very good. The guards are friendly.

The room was nice, but the deposit was not clear. They did not say we needed to pay for tax and cut from the deposit, and the hotel is a bit far from Kuala Lumpur Sentral. Need to walk for 10 minutes.

Breakfast simpel sih, tapi rasa Tamil. Baru kali ini coba makanan Tamil. Sedap dan penuh macam-macam kue manis, bisa refill air minum di dalam resto, ada dispenser. Hotel view city, bisa lihat aktivitas kota Malaysia yang sibuk dengan kereta api, MRT, LRT, dan jalanan yang bertingkat.
