This is the second time I have stayed here and it is very satisfying. It could be an option for those looking for accommodation in the Lidah Wetan area.

Booking for one room type, and add another room type on site with easy process.

The hotel is clean and close to shopping centers.

It is a must to stay here, the staff is friendly, the service is very good, the facilities are complete, clean, very suitable.

The room is not a star hotel standard. The layout and cleanliness are far from expectations for that price. Or maybe we were just unlucky.

Stay for 4 nights in total, when checked in, I got my room still wet and slippery. Our second day, the AC was leaking and noisy. The breakfast was so bad and tasteless. The man staff in reception not friendly enough. Overall good!

Overall good, just a little disappointed whether it's an error in the application or the hotel. In the application I booked a superior room type, but when I arrived at the hotel why did the room look like the picture of the standard room type. Then, when eating at the restaurant, we had not yet left the food table but the staff had already taken the plates, even though the food was almost finished, in my opinion it was not right. But it's okay I'm quite satisfied, hopefully in the future the service will be even better. thank you fave hotel

Strategic location, only downside is there is no free parking for those staying there.

strategic location if you want a mall near. only if you take an online car picked up at the lobby you have to pay parking Rp. 8000. 🙁

very close to shopping and food centers

The best favorite hotel in the west of Surabaya city, beside Pakuwon Mall and in front of Loop Graha Family. So nice, strategic place.

The hotel lobby is spacious and clean, fragrant so we expect the rooms to be okay, the hotel staff are quite friendly and helpful. But it seems like the room facilities need rejuvenation, we ordered 2 family rooms, when we got 1 room it was big and quite proper, but the other 1 was smaller, stuffy and dusty. The smaller room, the bathroom was very dark and sorry the cleanliness was lacking. When checking in it was safe, but after leaving it for a while, a strong smell of urine immediately appeared from inside the room and bathroom, tried to sleep overnight, the smell of urine was even worse in the morning. Breakfast was okay, the menu was according to the general budget hotel standard. Hopefully the next time it can be fixed and improved, considering the hotel's position is very strategic, the staff is friendly and the lobby is okay

There are many food choices across from the hotel, not far from the hotel there is the largest mall in ASEAN, Pakuwon Mall, which is 3 hectares in size.

Able to check in earlier than the specified check-in time, because I arrived at the hotel at 12. The staff is friendly, the service is good, the hotel location is close to Pakuwon Mall, also close to places to eat & restaurants so it's not difficult to find food around. There is a gallon dispenser to refill drinking water if you bring your own drinking bottle. The downside is the Wifi signal is bad (maybe because my room is far from the router) so I didn't use the wifi. Other than that, it's okay.
