Great hotel! I believe that the Santika chain of hotels has the same quality standards, because I almost always stay at Santika hotels wherever I travel for business or pleasure.

Nice, clean, tidy and comfortable.

My son will be participating in a piano competition at Titan Center Bintaro. I saw a grand piano in the hotel lobby, so I chose Santika Premier Bintaro because it was close to Titan Center. However, when I wanted to use the grand piano for my son to practice before the competition, it turned out the piano couldn't be played and according to the customer service, the piano was just for display. Hopefully, the piano can be played in the future because we will probably come back here again next year.

Throughout my two-week stay, Novita, Fatona, Mikha, and Janto consistently delivered outstanding service, fostering a welcoming environment. Breakfast preferences were consistently met, laundry services were of exceptional quality, and the housekeeping staff exhibited professionalism and proficient English language skills. The hotel's strategic location provides convenient access to premier shopping destinations, including Pacific Place and Senayan City Mall. Security measures are highly effective, and the gardens are impeccably maintained. Moreover, the property boasts a pool with city views and offers a diverse culinary selection, negating the necessity for off-site dining.

Hotel staff are friendly and the rooms are clean

Check-in was fast and assisted by the front desk staff. The room was clean and had complete amenities. The hotel is located close to dining options. The gym and pool are well-maintained, and the pool water could be cleaned better. The breakfast menu could be more varied, but the taste was quite good. Overall, my stay at Santika Premiere Bintaro was quite satisfying.

The breakfast menu is not very complete, just ordinary and for children they charge 200 thousand for a menu that doesn't have many choices, maybe the menu choices could be increased

Everything is ok, except the room size (especially the width) is too narrow for a hotel in that class/segment.

I've stayed here several times, and the staff are all very friendly. I had a misunderstanding with the hotel a while back, but I was compensated and received excellent service. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it. The location is strategic, the rooms and hotel area are clean, nice, and smell good, and the food is quite varied, and most of it is delicious. 👍🏻
